I placed my order in May, with the cargos hold up and Covid happening across the world. Lucky stayed in contact and kept me updated the whole way through. This was my first purchase from over sea and they made it a walk in the part! From shopping dates to how to make a payment, even to finding the warehouse!! Terrible Customer Service, they refuse to admit they were wrong and now I have to pay storage fees because they lied to me. DO NOT USE THEM. I have instructed my manufacturer to never use them again. They want Bank wires only and dont even take debit cards for payment. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, I caught them in lies and they still can man up and admit a mistake was made.
