At Back Into Life Chiropractic, we are patient focused. Each new patient has a consultation and examination with their Chiropractor and then a treatment plan specific to their needs is implemented. Back Into Life Chiropractic moved from its original location to our current location in Ramsey, MN July of 2015. We are very proud of our new office located in The Fountains of Ramsey building and serve our surrounding communities such as Anoka MN. We have the most up to date equipment and operate in a clean, warm, and professional environment.
We will have all of your information then saved in our database and we'll be ready upon your arrival. They certainly live up to their name! My husband and I have a significant improvement in our quality of life and it is all due to their caring and competent staff.

Back Into Life Chiropractic believes in the value of wellness care for you and your family and have maintained a pricing structure that allows care for all budgets. Almost all insurance is accepted. Since all insurance plans are different, our office needs to call and verify each new patients chiropractic benefits.

Dr. Ternus is a former firefighter. He understand how much pounding tough jobs like this can break and bend you. As a firefighter with over 32 years experience, he has always put me back together and gave great advise to reduce my visits. The office is clean and modern. I recommend this office all of the time.

I'm 43 and never really believed in chiro treatment but my back had been bothering me and someone at work suggested I give them a try. I've been in for a few treatments now and my back pain is pretty much gone. Both Dr. Jesse & Dr. Craig are excellent at what they do and great to deal. Lexi the chiro assistant is as nice and accommodating as you will ever meet. She's super good at making you feel comfortable and getting you ready to see the Dr.'s. I highly recommend going in to see them even if you are a doubter like me. Benefits are amazing!

I have had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in the clinic the receptionists and doctors were fabulous! My doctor and I talk about my needs and formulate a plan going forward. My questions are always answered and I feel like I have a say in my treatment. Alignments are crucial in my healing process and overall health! I highly recommend Back Into Life Chiropractic!

I just went for a new patient visit recently. I have been to a few chiropractors this year and needed someone who was personal and close to home. They are near my house so I called and got a new patient appointment within an hour. My back already feels better and they took time to ask about my pain and find a way to make it better. Excited to go back for my next visit!

I have a had Chiropractic care my whole life. These doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are flexible as to the level of care they provide based on listening to you as the patient. They take scheduled appointments and walk-ins and are always very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this office to anyone seeking Chiropractic care.
