Doesn’t care about the patient as a person at all. All about the money and not about actually taking care of people. Worst experience at an eye doctor, and I have been wearing contacts for over 15 yrs. The prescription was not accurate, and apparently you have 60 days to notify them. This was not made clear to me, until after I called to say I’m not happy with it and my old prescription is -1.75 different and works better. I still had my old contacts so I wore them until they were gone, then did the trials. The trials weren’t strong enough, so I called and explained. They said the Dr would

Going to say the exact same thing that Paul B stated. set up an appointment DURING Covid. no one mentioned any additional fees or extras required. suddenly 2 days before my appointment i get a text telling me to bring $35 for eye photos. This is just another form of price gouging. taking advantage of people during a crisis. STAY AWAY - Find someone who cares about their clients.

Dr. Thai and employees are the absolute best! Dr. Thai explains everything clearly and answers all questions related to eye health; while, making it easy to understand. I was especially pleased to see how they had all Covid safety precautions in place. I felt confident that they're putting my overall health first.

Stay away. Been going to these people for a number of years with no complaints. That has all changed now and I am outraged. Tried to make an appointment for an annual eye exam and they informed me that due to Covid-19 they are unable to perform dilation's. Ok , no worries. I typically opt out of the dilation process anyway. Here is why I am outraged. They said that since they cannot do dilation's that they can do a retinal image instead for additional fees not covered by insurance. I asked to opt out of the retinal image. They said I cannot opt out and that they are mandating retinal imaging as

This location is very professional and friendly. You are greeted as soon as you enter the store. I made a prior purchase of glasses from this location, but this was a first-time eye exam. The process is very organized and the staff is wonderful. They used a creative way to save paper by making the patient application a reusable tool. GREAT IDEA!! Dr. Mavrofrides provides a thorough exam and completely answered all my questions. They have a good selection, from less expensive to designer, frames. I have been using this group for the last 9 years and have only the highest respect for them. They are quality docs who are professional, personable and very accessible. As a physician myself, I have very rigorous criteria to evaluate people who care for me. They are right at the top. I would use no one else.

Everyone was great! I’m a grown man who doesn’t like things close to his eyes... everyone was so kind and helpful - I’ll go as far as to say motivating. This was my first time at this location and I look forward to coming back. Everything was explained in easy to understand detail.
