Since 1980, Royco Packaging Inc has been converting and distributing Military Specification Packaging Supplies for military contractors and the various defense agencies. Royco has received numerous awards for its products and service. We manufacture barrier bags in house per the military specifications.
MIL DTL 117 is the specification the government uses when it determines that an item it needs must be shipped to them in a bag form. MIL-DTL-117 was created in 2001 and superseded MIL-B-117. MIL-PRF-121G is the latest revision of the MIL-PRF-121 specification. The material is the same for both specifications. MIL PRF 121G is also a poly laminated kraft paper that is waterproof and greaseproof and comes in two thicknesses as well as bags and wraps. Royco Packaging stocks most sizes of MIL SPEC TAPES are per ASTM-D-5486 TYPE IV (Formerly PPP-T-60 Type IV) and ASTM-D-5486 TYPE V, (Formerly PPP-T-76), along with many others. Royco Packaging has cushioning and dunnage materials available in Roll Form and Custom Sheeting.
