Cloverleaf Care has been caring for my family member and we could not be more pleased. The administrative staff is responsive and extremely helpful, and the caregivers are competent and kind. We have utilized a regular 3x weekly schedule of care assistance as well as 24 hour care during a short trip. I have felt assured that our loved one was in good hands every step of the way.

I have been happy with Cloverleaf Care for the past few years... the caregivers are punctual and very helpful to me and my 91 year old husband who has dementia and is not always easy to deal with. He was disabled about 7 years ago... I have enjoyed several different caregivers over the years... and they have been a great help to him and to me.

I have been working with Cloverleaf for about 2 years. We have been fortunate to have wonderful caregivers that genuinely care for my dad; however the organization is completely mismanaged. We constantly have scheduling issues and their communication is horrible. They have left me on several occasions without care and no communication. They’ve even lied to me about caregivers having child care issues and not being able to come when they have scheduled them elsewhere. In my opinion, this is unacceptable. Don’t believe all the reviews below. I recognize several of the names and the majority are

I currently work for Cloverleaf Care and am excited to be working here! Since I began with the company, I feel respected, appreciated, and encouraged to be involved in the day-to-day tasks as a valued team member. The company really cares about it’s clients and employees, and everyone works hard to ensure the clients get the best care possible… from aides with experienced backgrounds. This company is very detailed in the way they help their clients. They are respectful and empathetic to the clients needs. Cloverleaf Care demonstrates daily an uncommonly high level of care and concern in ensuring uniquely appropriate care for each elderly client. Deep thought and consideration to best support the seniors and their families is evident in the conversations between management, aides, and the families. Many factors are weighed when selecting the aides… best suited to the seniors even if it means rearranging schedules and not just sending whoever is easily available.

WOW, Cloverleaf Care is ahead of the trends in senior care! I was impressed to see how technology savvy the company is with their daily operations and homecare services. They provide some unique caregiver services using technology, and also for the caregivers who all seem to love working for this company. Their office also worked just as normal throughout the pandemic - it was far less of an operational crisis for them than most companies.

Everyone at Cloverleaf Care has been amazing! We first used Cloverleaf a few months ago for my mother while my father was in the hospital. A month later my father died suddenly and my mother was in need of a caregiver 7 days a week - Cloverleaf Care stepped right in and has been there for my family every day since. I honestly could not have gotten through this without them. Everyone - the owner, the schedulers and all of the caregivers have been amazingly supportive.

Wonderful agency filled with truly caring and compassionate people. The caregivers are respectful and a joy to be around and in communication with. The agency's customer service is phenomenal, and they work late into the evenings to make sure everyone is taken care of properly. We're so thankful for Cloverleaf Care!
