David started out at the age of 16 working at his father's service station in 1977 and worked there and learned the business. He later went on to work for a Honda dealership as a Line Technician until he started his own business in 1998 with just himself, his wife Betty-Jo and one employee. David has grown over the years into what you see today with over 55 employees and three departments making Mobile Repairs a Full Service Facility.

The tow truck driver that came out to service me didn’t even have a second to look at my car before he decided that he wasn’t towing it. Two times now I have been denied my car being towed when a professional tow truck driver who actually knew what he was doing was able to get it in the parking spot. I don’t know why it’s so hard to get it out. They said they don’t want to “damage my car“ but really they just are lazy. Unprofessional, rude, and very very vulgar. Would never recommend this place to ANYONE!

Unfortunately I've had to call on them twice this summer and I had such a good experience with the first driver that I called again.
They were upfront and apologetic on the long wait this time, it just happened to be a very busy day today (ugh Mondays!).
Both drivers have been very professional yet personable and the towing rate is fair and competitive
I'd be comfortable referring anyone to this company

Justin Szymanski is THE WORST, MOST FOUL tow tech I’ve ever encountered. As a result I’m the world record holder for the longest wait for a tow. It will be at least 7 HOURS before my car is towed tonight. This afternoon after Justin’s rude behavior sparked a verbal exchange, Justin left without towing. Another tow person would have to replace him. Along comes Mobile Repairs’ Heather who had a chance to redeem the situation on behalf of Mobile Repairs. Instead, she fanned the flames. Heather told Triple A’s dispatch that she’d send someone in Justin’s place but, as I suspected, she

I’ve had my 1999 Honda Accord EX V6 sedan and 2006 Subaru Forester 2.5X SUV serviced here for years and have always received fantastic customer and technical service. My wife took her car to these guys to see what needed to be done to pass inspection. She told them specifically this was not for the inspection, but to see if it would pass. They agreed, then went right ahead, scraped off the old sticker and put on the failed one. When confronted, they said, "Oh well, there's nothing we can do now, it's already in the system." Then they charged her $20.

Our car broke down over 100 miles from home. MRSC was the closest AAA center and they were great. The tow truck came in about 30 minutes, the crew did a quick check of the car within 30 minutes so we could decide how to proceed, and they allowed us to leave the car on their lot for almost two weeks until we could return. Would highly recommend this shop!
