If there were more stars, I would award them!! From beginning to end, my experience was phenomenal. The price of my trailer beat the competition hands down, the timeline was spot on, the end product is magnificent and their customer service was exemplary. Edward in particular went out of his way to do everything he could to help. He is extremely personable, knowledgeable and honest. I can unhesitantly recommend Rocket trailers!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Horrible all the way around. Under trained and unskilled workers. Trailer was a road hazard from the beginning thanks to these guys failing to test their new trailers and correctly assemble break systems. You take your life in your hands using their trailers. Tell me how on a brand new trailer 4 times it’s back after assembly because they can’t get it right, open break lines on a supposed completed trailer & they “forget” to put the right break system on. Not to mention we lost a tire and rim completely off the trailer all 8 studs broke right off. Cheap materials slapped

I purchased a Rocket trailer in the summer of 2019 for my 31 Luhrs with IPS. From the very beginning Joe and his staff understood how to properly build a trailer for twin IPS boat. There were challenges keeping the boat under height as well as properly supporting the IPS. They came out and took measurements and looked at the boat on multiple occasions. This high-quality trailer came out perfect and provided exactly what I needed to safely get the boat from Miami to Hawaii. I bought a trailer there in late 2014. The trailer works but it was not designed appropriately. I had to pay extra to do an adjustment that wasn't my fault. The tongue weight was so far off, which effects the driving characteristics and safety of the vehicle. I asked them to redo the trailer since I had just bought it and they had error-ed in the design but they unfortunately declined. They are very nice people but wish they would have delivered a better product.

Back in 1975'ish I bought one of their trailers for a little 'piece of junk' 14' aluminum boat with 9.9hp Johnson outboard. Also had an 'Ted Williams' trolling motor from Sears. [Anyone remember]. I used to take the boat out to Alligator Alley weekly [Before it became I-75]. Now there were really no 'boat ramps' back then. Solid, sturdy and reliable. Never one problem after 2-3 years, then had to sell it for college funds.
Have to say thank you for making my fishing memories during that time in my life a no hassle sturdy trailer.

As a retail consolidator and personal shopper (for my Caribbean clientele), buying from Rocket Trailer proved to be an extremely difficult experience. My initial contact (sent Mon., March 17) through their website's contact form went unanswered. On Wed., March 19th, I called to enquire if they'd received my email as I hadn't heard back, only to have a saleswoman argue that she never received it (rather than asking me what I needed and apologizing for the delay). Worried that there may be a server issue, I asked this sales person for her direct email so that I can forward my detailed order only
