I bought my trailer for my new Sea Hunt 265 from Sea-Tech Trailers. Coming from an old galvanized boat trailer with leaf springs this thing is a dream. I had one issue with the amber marker lights that came on the trailer. I called Sea-Tech and let them know I had a trip coming up and they overnighted me new marker lights. In a world where everyone is short staffed and parts are on backorder they went above and beyond for me. I really appreciate good customer service.

Quality of the trailer may be there but customer service at the pick up location is insulting. The lady that takes payment is beyond rude and disrespectful. I told her that thank you for your business would be a nice parting comment, instead she asked if I want her to call police, what?! I think putting a different person in the office will go a long way. When asking a question she responds disrespecting her customer. Sales guy is great but just because her brother owes this company doesn't justify acting disrespectful with the client. Unacceptable.

I just received my trailer from these guys and couldn't be happier. They made a trailer for me in less than a month custom fit to my boat. I trailered my boat to the keys in january 2021. The old trailer was too small for the 25' boat. George set me up with a triple axle trailer. I arrived at the shop to receive the trailer. They swapped out the old trailer and set up the new one in no time. They were friendly, courteous and professional. I drove out of the shop 12 hours to my home without any problems at all. This company sells high quality trailers and I'm extremely happy with my 2020 Tri-Axle. There are a few problems that I'm trying to overcome and that might turn someone off but I have to say that I'm happy about it! Sounds crazy but let me explain why. If I had a Trailer that didn't have any problems for quite some time I'd never know about that company's level of service. You see, Raul that works there has been AWESOME! He answers my calls, spends time giving advice and while I want these problems to go away, I feel 1000% confident that Raul and Sea-Tech has my back and you can't put a price on

Raul is the real deal. I shopped Continental, Rocket, EZ loader, and a few others and without a doubt , the best value for the dollar is SEA-TECH. My 28' double axle trailer was made within a week of ordering and couldn't have been a more pleasurable experience. I rarely write reviews, but Raul definitely deserved one. I would highly recommend his trailers; top quality, fast service, in house repairs and a fair price.

Trailer arrived on time and as expected to replace a trailer that was too small for my express. Had to immediately haul out for a storm and holy cow! This thing is great quality and loads sooo much easier than my old magic tilt. Highly recommended. I’m really impressed with the quality of materials and design. My hydra sports 30 express fit perfectly with no adjustments needed and pulled like a dream behind my dually. Trailers in my area are literally twice the price and the quality here is equal to superior. LED lights with marker and blinker lights visible from the cab so you know your connections

Did my research - competition trailers are very similar in price but the difference is in the details and customer service. I would encourage you to stop by their shop and see the operations. Without a doubt one of the best buying experiences. Raul is a honest hard working business owner. Designed a trailer for my existing boat while allowing the opportunity to upgrade my boat size in the future. Went to pick up my trailer and the customer services continued.

Sea Tech Trailers saved my hide - & my boat! I drove 1400 miles [NYC - Key Largo] on a 17yo galvanized tandem axle that was no longer up to such a challenge anymore. Both Port side hubs disintegrated on me not too far from Miami. Further, I was apparently blind to the significant rust buildup on my torsion axles & cross support beams which were cracking. I could not drive back home on my old trailer. Esther walked me through the professional shop. & my mind was made up to purchase here before I got to the back. They use top notch materials & are priced competitively.

I shopped for a trailer for over 6 months. I compared sea tech to 6 other local builders. Sea tech sells you a trailer! My boat sits inside the trailer not like the rest with 2-5 feet of wood sticking out. Not safe if you ask me. My sea tech transport trailer has over 200,000 miles. Everything is original from from day one. Expect tires and brake lights. I have two trailers from sea tech. Transport trailer and a trailer for my boat. I would highly recommend.

Expensive fast talking copy-cats, visits customer's place and quotes price based on appearance. At shop, bitter and smelly old woman exudes bottled-up anger at her customers with complete lack of culture. Self-righteous owner speaks badly about competitors, not a man to apologize or take constructive criticism, instead fights customer who notes where they could improve. Mentions his company makes over $2million in sales so he thinks he's too hot to handle. Now has a salesman to front-face for his service in-adequateness. Go to a legit business for a trailer, keep away!

Went today to Sea Tech to have my trailer looked at by Raul and his staff. They are the BEST. In all my years with different services from cars to phones, I have never been treated with so much companion and understanding towards my needs. Stay away. SUPER shady, fast talking, unprofessional business. Owner is a "do it his way or the highway". Very aggressive and threatened to fight with his customer. Had to call the cops. Tried to sell me a single axle trailer that was built for another boat. It would have been ok if he didn't have the axle all the way to the back. Tongue heavy. They even broke my nice LED Spotlight while lifting my boat. Do yourself a favor and go to a REAL place like American Trailers in Pompano or even Ames in Dania Beach.
