There is a place for you or your loved one at Traditions of Beavercreek in Beavercreek, OH. We provide care and services to the most vulnerable population. The pandemic only magnified the need for healthy, loving employees. We knew we would need all hands on deck. They have done an excellent job in preventing the necessary daily activities and precautions from crowding out the important things that impact our residents' quality of life.

You may be searching for a feeling of community with people who share your interests, someplace safe and comfortable with little to no home maintenance. You value your independence and want to stay active and connected in an upscale Beavercreek independent living community. That may sound good, but you may also need a little extra support now or in the future keeping track of medications, doing laundry, errands, bathing or dressing.
Services
Our community has a quiet, resort-like feel on a wooded 20-acre campus near the northeast corner of Grange Hall Road and Shakertown Road. There are many nearby restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacies and physician offices, but transportation is also provided. Beavercreek offers well-appointed Independent Living as well as thoughtful, expert Assisted Living and Memory Care, designed to encourage independence, dignity and well-being.
Enjoy the people, places and things you've always loved with the peace of mind that comes from knowing our licensed nursing staff is on-site 24 hours a day. Your personalized service plan includes any ongoing assistance you may need with daily care and activities, leaving everything else in your capable hands.
Each senior in our care has a unique life story, something that is very important to how we care for him or her. The Varietas Memory Care Program relies on the things we learn about your loved one to comfort and connect with them in a warm and nurturing environment. Studies show that socialization has a positive impact on seniors and can reduce, even prevent the signs of depression.
Experience maintenance-free living in your private residence and as part of a lovely, secure community. Stay close to friends and a host of social, recreational, spiritual and educational activities. We've designed the Beavercreek community to be resort-like, with our own professionally trained chef, fine dining experiences, salon services, social events, housekeeping and more.

Let’s start off with the good. Very beautiful property, buildings and amenities. The Director of nursing is great and does care about the residents and his staff. That’s about it! Don’t let the beauty blind you. Which that’s what they count on. First the Director of activities Terry is horrible. She bullies her employees and does the bare minimum. If anyone wants to add new or more things for the resident’s she throws a fit. Basically because she can’t sit in her office more. She makes promises to her employees and then never follows through. Residents tell her there likes and dislikes

If I could give Traditions 0 stars, I would. Do not work at or send your loved ones to this facility… I was hired 3 months ago & everyone made me feel so important until they got new hires. They do not care about Memory Care at all. It’s messy, housekeeping is never up there, and there’s ants EVERYWHERE. There’s about 5 job titles that falls on the aides meaning the residents don’t get the proper care because the aides are bombarded with unnecessary tasks. We were told we had to clean plates off the table before changing our residents. My co worker and I got “relieved from our position”

If i could leave zero stars, i would. If you care about your loved one then do not move them here. They have horrible management and let residents drink cleaning supplies and die. Not to mention have ants terrorizing the whole building! All they care about is getting people in the door so they can get their money. They don't care about their residents and hire anybody! Take your family to a place that has certified workers and better caring management

We have had our mom at Traditons for a few years now. She is the happiest I’ve ever seen her. Jennifer, the new executive director, has really turned the facility around and I’m thankful for all her communication. I’ve seen her working long hours to ensure the residents are well cared for and mom has told me the food is great! Thanks for taking wonderful care of mom and allowing me to know she’s safe. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to place their loved one.

This is by far the worst assisted living in the area. For a brief summary, its dirty, lacking qualified help, patients often don't get medications, and they will kill your loved one with time. For example, Traditions of Beavercreek let a memory care resident drink bleach cleaner who subsequently died. Is this how you let your loved one be cared for? How does this happen in a facility that you pay to care for an individual? Pure 100% neglect. Jennifer Gibbs should be ashamed of herself and staff for allowing this to happen. Avoid this place and look at other facilities in the area and choose carefully

We have recently moved mom to Traditions. After going to other places, we felt Traditions was the best fit for mom. Her 1 bedroom apartment has a lot of room and is cleaned once a week and sheets and towels are washed each week. She has needed some help along the way and the floor nurses and staff have been most helpful. We have appreciated Mark and his staff to settle mom in and answer all our questions as well as, address any concerns we may have. Mom is adapting to her new environment as the staff continues to monitor her often and make her feel welcome . She was able to bring her beloved cat

Robin Mackintosh hit the nail on the head. For residents that require little care this may be fine. For residents that need some assistance the care is appalling. The director of nurses is totally unprofessional. My mother was scared for her own safety. The nursing staff is stretched so thin. When someone requires pain medication in a timely manner and has to wait hours that is inexcusable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Our Mom has been in need of a new forever home for quite some time, but it was a real struggle to find a place that suited her personality and delivered the high standards we sought as a family. We spent a lot of time researching Traditions, meeting with staff, touring the facilities, and speaking with residents. There was no doubt in my mind that this was the place. In fact, Mom fell in love with her apartment the first time she saw it. She will be able to age with dignity, to have skilled care round the clock, and most importantly feel independent and safe at the same time. We are grateful to
