Just a couple years ago, we found ourselves struggling to find an assisted living facility for our own parent. Some of the challenges and frustrations we faced, were the continual rent increases and basic needs not being met.
After much frustration, we decided that we could do things better and provide seniors with the care they deserved. With that said, we built a new assisted living home seniors in our town of Lebanon, Ohio. Our home is cozy, clean, and doesn't feel like a traditional facility. We are a family owned and operated business and treat all those who enter our home as family, too.

Optimized Senior Living is hiring a Full Time Night Shift Caregiver/STNA and Full Time Second Shift Caregiver/STNA [submit application below]. Providing assistance to residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
Our FAQ section will help you answer any questions you may have about senior living and assisted living. Quickly, find out if we've already addressed your question. We offer private rooms with private bathrooms. Each of the rooms has a personal phone jack, armoire, linens, cable and wifi. Additionally, we do offer suites ideal for couples.

Whether it's assistance with daily activities or removal of the need for household chores, assisted living is ideal. Our assisted living facility is here to help. Our goal is to EXCEED expectations every day in our family style, faith based home setting for our senior living and assisted living residents. Feel at home in private bedrooms with individual half/full bathrooms and all the luxuries of home. Exceptional communication available to families, residents, staff, via online portals, including a closed Facebook group.
Respite care is a short stay with us where we provide 24/7 assisted living care, home cooked meals, activities, social engagement, med management, and of course a worry-free break for you, the caregiver. We have been there and understand the guilt, the worry, the constant question of, am I doing what is best for mom every day.

We are blown away by the service we’ve received at Optimized. We had to relocate a parent quickly and from getting us in right away for a tour…to even helping with the move when one of us became ill - they’ve gone above and beyond. Also really appreciated the personal touch of having a card signed by other residents to make our loved one feel welcome.

My mother has been at Optimized since March 2020. They have taken very good care of her and her needs. During the pandemic they did everything possible to keep them safe and occupied. We could call and talk to her and they keep in touch with you when needs come up.
I would highly recommend their facility. It is a small environment which is family oriented.

Our family is so thankful for OSL and their loving care they give my husband of 53 years. I can always count on Lynn being clean, fed, and handled with such dignity. He is in the late stages of alzheimers and a year ago my family and I realized I could no longer care for him at home.
There are so many activities they have for the residents and special times for the families to share a meal with them and the other families.
I am always acknowledged when visiting Lynn and they are available to answer questions about his care. The staff and residents have become my friends and I look forward to

I can't say enough GREAT THINGS about Optimized Senior Living! My dad has been with Optimized since August. He is SO well cared for. The respect that is shown to him by every member of the staff is something non-existent in most other facilities. They don't just do their "job," but truly treat him like they would a member of their own family. It comforts my heart to know he is being taken care of and with people who truly want him to be happy and well. This staff has become an extension of our family.....we love them all!

Optimized Senior Living creates a whole new meaning to assisted care facility. This place is almost too good to be true! It’s a wonderful place that treats your family member as their own. The people that run the place are wonderful. From the owners, nurses, to the entire staff, rest assured your family member will be taken care of with kindness, love and compassion.
I know this because we moved our elderly father there one month before the pandemic hit. Our family truly believes it’s the only reason he survived it as long as he did.

5 stars. Optimized Senior Living goes above and beyond for their residents! They have an incredible team and staff that truly are there day in and day out to care for their residents and create a comfortable, home environment. I highly recommend visiting them if your are looking for assisted care or alternatives.
