Michael Maiorino, DC is a licensed chiropractor serving patients at Structural Based Therapy in Alpharetta, Georgia. Dr. Maiorino works with patients from all age groups. To provide patients with the best results, he works in collaboration with massage therapists, acupuncturists, physical therapists, physiatrists, neurologists, and orthopedists.
Dr. Maiorino has provided excellent care and is skilled in a variety of effective techniques, effortlessly adapting treatment methods to target the specific need. Appointments are always a pleasant experience. He is an advocate of good posture, and has provided me with a number of exercises which are helpful and fun.

Peripheral neuropathy is when there is damage to the peripheral nerves, or to the nerves outside of the brain and spinal cord that send sensory information to your central nervous system. Patients with this nerve damage tend to experience numbness, weakness, and pain in the extremities. While the hands and feet are the most commonly affected, other parts of the body can experience these symptoms as well.

Dr. Maiorino is simply amazing. I haven't had this level of chiropractic care in over 18 years. In just one visit, he was able to adjust all three of my problem areas and relief pain that I've been experiencing for months.
He practices hands-on chiropractic and definitely knows what he's doing.

I went to Dr. Maiorino after pulling my hamstring. Dr. Maiorino listens to your concerns attentively and takes the time to treat and adjust you. He assured me in my recovery and made me comfortable through his hospitality. 3 week out and I'm already back to running and playing sports without pain or stiffness. Dr. Mike saw me last minute for back spasms that I had been having for several days. With the first adjustment I got complete relief in my lower back. He then met me the next day and concentrated on my upper back. Thanks to him for saving my weekend when we had guests coming that we had not seen in 2 years. I had a great weekend and was able to get out and play pickleball again today for the first time in over a week.

I walked into the chiropractor's office today in great pain and left 30 minutes later pain free. Dr. Maiorino takes the time to listen to what is going on and then uses multiple approaches to tackle the problem. He used muscle stimulation and heat before doing adjustments. Today my situation was atypical for me and he uncovered the problem and resolved it. Really appreciate my chiropractor and highly recommend him!!!

We have known doctor Mike Maiarino for twenty plus years. He is exceptional, professional, and damned funny. We travel 45 minutes to see him and it is well worth every trip. You cannot go wrong here, especially if you want a true believer in the science of chiropractic care and a proven track record of helping the hurt and chronically pained. He listens to patients. ACTUALLY listens and never forces anyone to visit any more often than they are comfortable with (which is so unfortunately common amongst chiropractors that give the practice a bad rep). I am a fairly new patient to Structual Based Therapy, I was referred by my retiring chiropractor. I have been very pleased with my first three visits. Dr. Mike spends the time needed for an excellent adjustment, I don’t feel rushed in his office. Dr. Mike is very accessible and scheduling is easy.
