Children Dancing, with two locations in Great Neck in Long island (on the northern Queens border), provides quality dance education to developing minds and bodies of all ages. Sensitivity to students' individual needs and learning styles help create a nurturing and joyful dance experience. Cognitive and social skills are developed along with heightened body-awareness and physical skills, heightened artistic sensibilities and creativity.
Dance technique, grace, musicality and individual expression are emphasized throughout the various classes. Classes are geared both for aspiring professionals as well as for all people, to experience the richness of dance as a dynamic, natural and significant art form. Services
The youngsters also shone and displayed great discipline, poise and ability. They danced confidently through the Duncan technique-natural movements suggestive of how children play-and seemed to be having a great time. Both my daughters have been going to the dance studio for over 10 years. We appreciate it every year because Mrs. Beth J. is a true artist and loves what she does.
