Communication and honesty are not a tenant here.
Kids lenses are too small and pop out constantly.
I needed the second set of replacement lenses for my kid's glasses, it was purchased as part of filling the prescription.
The original lenses in the glasses kept popping out and got lost for days at a time, until finally they couldn't be found.
The first set of replacement lenses were handed to us replace in a bag.
Eventually one lens was lost with the first set of replacement. I called to have another set ordered, expecting to pick them up when they came in.
They called said they were in and

I was due for an exam and new glasses. I had quite a bit of difficulty with getting seen with previous providers. One call was all it took. In and out within 45 minutes. Sometimes navigating the insurance and FSA are quite aggravating. Not here! Quick and painless.

My husband lost a screw from his frames. We were unable to fix them. I stopped in to ask if they could fix them. A lady named Courtney graciously took them and placed a another screw in there for me. This was the first time I have been in this office. It will be a place for our family to start supporting for our vision wear moving forward.

Dr. Weatherford is one of the best, as a person and an eye doctor. My daughter has down syndrome, so she can be an unconventional patient. He is terrific with her. He also goes out of his way in a manner that you don't get at most medical offices these days. We need more doctors like Joe Weatherford. I highly reccomend
