The hotel manager was extremely rude to me and my wife shoving papers in our face calling us liars when we had proof he was trying to triple charge us for a room. Talking to other staff we were told he's done this to a number of people, that's not how you run a business.The rest of the staff was nice but I wouldn't recommend this hotel just for the manager there. He needs to retake school and learn how to treat people and members of our military.

We went to Tawas this past weekend and were in a bind for place to stay. I called to book rooms at this Hotel and the expereince was Great!
1. Guy was friendly and was able to book two rooms for me over the phone
2. Check in was a breeze
3. Rooms were very quiet and beds very comfortable except for the one bed that made clacking
noises every time you moved in it.
4. Premium channels on the T.V Starz and other movie channels!
5. Hot Breakfast was great, Waffles, cereals, pancakes, sausage and Egg Muffin
Sandwiches and much more.
Yes there was always a smell of weed around the outside of

It was fine, nothing special. They were under staffed so they couldn't clean the rooms which was not a big deal, no elevator again not a huge deal just inconvenient, they want you to go to the desk and get pool towels before going to the pool then drop the pool towel off in a basket at the desk when you're finished swimming it was just kind of odd we all had to walk through the whole tablet in our bathing suits with no towel and the pool I have so many chemicals there was bubbles floating all on top of the water it smelt like pure bleach water and tasted disgusting!! Staff was very friendly Aegis
