I called several places in the area, i choose Jerry's because the man who took my call was professional and compassionate, I was freezing and broke down in the country. He also quoted me a very fair price. The tow truck driver was wonderful and nice also. Jerry's will be the one I call again if I ever need service in the future.

After a car accident, my car got towed by Jerry's 10 miles away to their facility in Roberts, even though my house was 1 mile away. Now I know why. When I went to pick up the vehicle, they tried to charge me a total of $900 including storage fee. After complaining, they took off the storage fee, but the bill was still $500. On top of that they charge you a 3% fee for "using a credit card", and they don't take checks. The facility feels like an impound lot. Then, when I finally got access to my vehicle, it was blocked in by another vehicle and I had to wait another 15 mins in 18 degree weather.

Just had a horrible interaction with Jerry's Towing in Menomonie. I got in a little car accident this week and they happened to be driving by the scene so I let them tow my vehicle. Went to get some stuff I needed out of it today and they tried to refuse I get my running shoes out of the vehicle until I paid their $580 bill immediately, with a $45 charge for every day it is unpaid. The car wasn't worth that much before it got in the accident! Absurd prices and 1 day deadlines while holding your own possessions hostage. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
