I'm a homeless person that has all my belongings in my car, and they're refusing to even let me get a change of clothes. State law says they have to let me retrieve my belongings because of my situation. They're continually violating state law everyday they refuse to let me get my stuff. And the lady behind the counter is the absolute rudest person I have ever encountered. I've filed complaints with the BBB, and the Attorney General's Office.

The guy pulled up... asked me to get the spare out of the trunk...
When he finished, he just walked away... leaving the tire for me to put away. I was wearing nice clothes.. that got dirty. First off.. I called and asked if he was supposed to put the tire in the trunk... He was. So rude. I would never refer this company to anyone.
If he doesn't like his job... find another!!

Terrible tow company, I was towed for being parked over night that's fine. But they created a GIGANTIC flat spot on my blizx tire to the point where there is no tread left. The company will not accept responsibility for the actions of the tow truck driver and stated he is a 30 year vet. people make mistakes i parked in a lot over night and you wrecked my tire due to improper dolly placement. the difference is i paid for what i did wrong. you will not.

PREDATORY TOWING PRACTICES: My son had his car towed from his own apartment complex, despite a clearly displayed parking permit. They say they towed it for having expired tabs. MN law makes it illegal to tow a car with tabs expired less than 90 days, which his are not, but they refused to waive the fees and release the car. Incredibly predatory during a pandemic to prey on people in their own parking lot, in low income housing, during a pandemic when people are already struggling to stay afloat.

I had my car towed from a lot since I didn't have a permit. They don't have the best attitude or customer service skills and are hard to get ahold of. After reading the google reviews I was terrified to retrieve my car. Luckily, it wasn't damaged and was in the same condition I left it in. Towing cost $279.10 and they only take cash and give no change. Overall my experience wasn't great but it was better than I expected.

They need to be investigated by the state, no one regulates them! It’s an absolute nightmare 😱 They towed my 12,000 truck on 1/27/20, and refused to let me retrieve it. I Kept calling over the phone and they… deny that it was there I went in person the second week of February and Becky at the front desk got very upset and defensive and said that this truck was not even here anymore and that it was running in the paper and it was to be sold I took all of my documentation and they refused to give me my car the issue was never me not being able to pay the fees the issue here is

I stopped to use the bathroom in my buddies apartment and put my hazards on and I was gone for max 7 minutes. Then I come out to see my car pulling out on the trailer. And when I called right away they said it would cost 297$ for just the drive there and if you brought 3 100$ bills to pay they don't give change. And if you talk to the women at the front dest. She's beyond unprofessional. She was wearing pajamas and a dirty sweatshirt. If your thinking about having this tow company help you, your better off coughing up an organ to pay for it!

They do not even deserve a star. This towing company was scheduled for me by my insurance rep and kept telling me that they were thirty minutes away for 4 hours. I literally came back to Landfall from Wisconsin Dells and I still haven't gotten a tow. I had literally called at 1 and still didn't receive service at 5. Their miserable customer service was so bothersome I couldn't help but leave this review. 0 stars!

3 hours for tow to arrive! Originally told it would be 2 hours for tow. After no tow, called back in two hours, was told would be another 30 mins and they apologized. After 30 mins and no tow, I called back, they said it would be another 15 mins and they apologized again. After another 15 mins, got a call from the tow driver, said he was now actually on his way and would be another 15 mins and told me the "dispatcher" should have never said the earlier times. Worst customer service ever, call anyone else!

I honestly wish I could give zero stars. It is the middle of the winter in Minnesota and my friend and have been sitting out here in a broke down car (no heat because the car won't start) we have now been out here for nearly 3 hours. They initially told us 90 minutes and then continued to add 30 minutes both times we called, we were broken down 6 Miles from the shop. We have road side assistance and RSA has been calling asking if we had been picked up yet and we had not. The staff was incredibly unhelpful and rude so we ended up calling Stillwater Towing Company and they said they would be

Absolutely terrible!!! Called at 12n to request a tow. They said they would be there by 1pm. Called again at 4pm. They have been busy, couldn't get there. Someone should be there soon. Finally car was towed at 430pm. Asked for a discount on the tow since they were so late. They said they didn't do discounts and the time they gave was only an estimate of time, not a for sure. If I had known that I would have called someone else. Luckily I got picked up by someone else so I was not sitting in a hot car all day. They obviously don't care about customer service, just your MONEY! Give
