Neill Reagan is Founder and CEO of Signature Catering and brings over 36 years of restaurant and catering experience to the team at Signature. Originally from New York City, Neill moved to San Antonio in 1996 to open O'Neill's Irish House, and quickly saw a need for expanded catering services in Texas.
