Yesterday, I picked up my engagement/wedding band which I had them create from a picture I found online and I am absolutely speechless. It is the most beautiful ring I have ever seen. I will say that the repairs on my jewelry seemed to take a lot longer then expected. With that being said, when I picked up the three rings that I left to be apprised and one foxes they looked better then when they were purchased. The shine was absolutely amazing and I have never seen them shine like that. Everyone was extremely helpful and the end result was we’ll worth the wait. I definitely will be coming back.

I ordered 5 pewter baby cups to celebrate my grandchildren's baptisms. Everyone was very helpful, finding a vendor, arranging for engraving, and even replacing a cup that was scratched. The grandchildren will… each have a lovely keepsake, and all thanks to Mark and the other employees who went the extra mile. Excellent customer service!

I’ve been a customer on and off now for about 20 years. I stopped in to get a diamond replaced on my wife’s engagement ring. The ring is old and showing it’s age. They helped me to pick out the perfect… diamond for the ring and said it would be no problem to have it done by Christmas. Got a call yesterday to say the ring was ready and was it ever. It looks beautiful, better than new. Fantastic job to everyone and thanks a million. Treated with respect and a job well done. Thank you from a very happy customer.

The owner of this place is such a scam artist. I brought my antique platinum and 7 diamond wedding ban in to be appraised. $2500 he tells me. I call him and ask him about it since he replaced 2 stones for a $1000 the price seemed off. He said he made a mistake and it should be 3500 and gave me a new appraisal. I took it somewhere else and it was appraised for $6000

I went last weekend because my 2 watches needed batteries. They replaced them while I waited which was not very long. I was totally surprised and shocked to be told it will be $40.00 with tax. I could not believe it cost that much for 2 batteries and maybe 13 minutes of their time. I will never go back for Barrie's again. Too expensive.

I am speechless. I was looking around this store as my daughter looked at wedding bands. I found a a Cartier Love bracelet in their "estate jewelry" section and I asked to see the bracelet. A man helped me and explained this bracelet was brought in by a woman who never wore it, she received it as a gift from an x boyfriend and just wanted out of her life. He told me Cartier made a limited number of these double love bracelets and it was #17, 17 was stamped on the inside of the bracelet with all the other inscriptions. The price of the bracelet was $3000. New ones are $6500. I told him

I can't say enough good things about Warwick Jewelers! My boyfriend purchased me a ring from there and after 6 months of wearing it there was an issue with it. I returned to the store and was visibly upset as I explained what happened. They were professional and more than willing to rectify the situation. They told me they would call the manufacturer and see what they could do. They fixed the ring and replaced the stone and it was good as new! I am a business owner myself and I've never written a review before but Warwick did an outstanding job! I highly recommend them!

The police were never contacted. They work Sundays and when I went to claim my jewelry they told me they didn't have it. It was at this time I became irate! Once the police arrived and I insisted my jewelry was there they conveniently found it. And also, I found out the thieves grandmother works at the store

My experience here was totally different from what i see in these reviews. They have a great selection, the sales people were very attentive and i got a great discount that I wasn't expecting. Oh, and they cleaned my wedding band while they were wrapping my purchase. Much better experience than I had at Benari, where i was totally ignored.

I needed an appraisal on my wedding band and was having a hard time finding somewhere local to do it. I had been given recommendations in Philadelphia and New York, but really did not want to go that far. A family friend who is very knowledgeable in jewelry recommended Warwick Jewelers and I hold their opinion quite high. I was able to make an appointment over the phone for the same day I called which was great since I do not often have time off during the week. My appraisal was with Gary, and I was so happy with my experience and learned so much! He explained at each point during the process

I have never spent time giving a negative review of a business, however, I felt compelled to do so based on my experience. I went into Warwick jewelers with a diamond ring worth well over 3,000.00 (actual price I have been offered). THe jeweler took a look at my ring, did all the measurements and offered me 70.00!!! I am a single mom and thank God I didn't believe it was worth that! I am shocked that a business would take advantage of people who are in a vulnerable state and try to rip them off.
