I don't think they know what they are doing. Before I signed any paperwork with this firm, I provided specific details regarding my case and asked if it was something they could handle. Not even two weeks later, they called me to tell me they will no longer be representing me on my case because they couldn't handle it. A complete waste of time and completely embarrassing. They obviously just try to get as many cases as possible through the door, which sounds like desperation. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone.

I have a few problems to talk about also. First of all I have seen 5 lawyers 4 different legal aids in two different disbursement people and I still have not gotten anything and it's been 4 years since I got hurt and they're supposed to be an injury lawyer company when I was reading of someone else's review. Their lawyer settled really low. Just like mine. And here was supposed to be someone that knew how to handle my kind of case. He doesn't even settled for enough to pay all the bills let alone me get any money absolutely ridiculous I would never refer anybody there and after

I have had two cases with Zanes. The first case took over 2 years to complete. I was passed around to about 4 different lawyers. When i finally received the settlement from them there were illegitimate line items where they subtracted money from my settlement. They automatically put a line item in for approx. $1300 for "a third party to retrieve my medical records" when i spent hours calling up all of my doctors offices and getting them my records.

I am so unhappy with the treatment I received from my attorneys and their staff. I experienced a nearly complete lack of communication. They were non-responsive to repeated attempts to contact them with questions for most on 10 months. I had actually call the front desk report the lack of communication over and over in order to get a call back to ask a simple question about my case.
I actually had to find out they dropped me as a client from my doctor. How great is that? Yes they apologized, yes they tried explain it away but it doesn't undo anything that was done.

My attorney and the entire firm have made me feel very confident. We've been working on my case for 2 years now. They have given me hope to stay strong and stick it out so my case won't be affected with trying to close sooner. Worst experience ever!! I started a accident claim with Zanes in April 2016, within the first 3 months I was assigned 3 different attorneys and the last attorney never ever ever got caught up to speed on my case. It took them 3 months to find me a doctor, After physical Therapy it took them 4 months to collect my medical records. Fast forward to January 2017, Zane received the payment from the insurance company, my attorney spent two months trying to figure out how to double dip. He was trying to get the secondary insurance to pay for my medical expenses that were paid by the primary insurance
