This was my first time at this office and I was extremely happy with the professionalism and kindness my husband and I were shown from the doctor and staff! Dr Dobrzelewski was very thorough with our exams and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. Also, I have worn contacts for many years and this is the only office that took the time to make sure they fit my eyes perfectly and that I was able to see clearly. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be back!

Place was great until you have a problem with your frames. Went in because the screw on my glasses stripped. The bracket got bent when they were trying in different size screws. No problem right, was told I needed a new arm and screw, so we ordered for 20.00. Went back one week later, thought they were fixed, until I looked because the arm was loose. it was obvious the screw was much smaller and it was not even connecting. No one said anything when I left that there was a problem. I then went back again, same day. And left with a bigger bend in the bracket, see pic below. Now I have a pair of glasses

I would like to take a minute to recognize DeWitt Optometry and Dr. Dobrzelewski. Our family of 6 just started going there in November 2016 and I have been SO impressed with their service and level of attention. I came to them in November with a pair of frames I had purchased online and a script from February 2016 from another office. They put the… lenses in my frames for the best price in town.
