If I could say minus 10 stars I would. Completely and utterly awful - we were embarrassed in front of all our guests! Had a bait and switch done on us for more money at the last minute and we were sent a filthy vehicle with a broken door handle, a very unprofessional and rude driver, a party bus that was so old and outdated it was terrible. The EXCUSES - " they tried to steal the car so the handle is missing. Use the other door, it works". ARE YOU KIDDING ME! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER. I CAN'T SAY IT ENOUGH. Absolutely awful. Attempted to do service with this company and instantly regret it !!! DO NOT USE THEM. Check the yelp reviews, not google!
First we called for a party bus. They asked for my card in case I want to hold the bus, we told them we would let them know if we wanted to hold it. Without my permission, they took $100 out of my account. Then, they left me a voicemail saying that the pickup city was too far. Okay, wouldn't they know this when we made the arrangements with the first phone call? Then we call them back and he tries to raise the price. We couldn't go higher than $840, so he convinces

I'm with the person who said if I could put 0 stars or reviews I would!!!!! DO NOT GO THRU NOVI LIMOS!!! seriously the worst limo company out there! My parents are very old and my father is 6'8" and basically Tony soprano supersized belly with a lot of health issues and we were told we were getting an SUV or there exact words an "Escalade" and this driver that barely spoke English came in the smallest Lincoln town car POS on my wedding day!! They pulled one over on us and now won't return phone calls! PISSED!!! I'm here to tell you don't do it, they did it

If I could put zero stars I would. DO NOT use this company! I should have listened to the horrible reviews I read before booking. Mike is a scam artist, and his boss doesn't own any of the vehicles, they are a broker. We had booked a party bus for opening day (with a restroom), and TWO days before, let us know he didn't have that bus anymore and had to find us a new bus.. 2 days before!
