Ricardo F. Estrada is a 2005 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School. Attorney Estrada has a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. He is fluent in Spanish and also speaks German. At the University of Wisconsin Law School, he was President of the Latino Law Student Association.
Katie represents injured persons involved in motor vehicle accidents, nursing home neglect, disability, as well as slips, trips and falls. She also specializes in premises liability cases, or injuries resulting from hazardous conditions on someone's property. Prior to joining Sperling Law Offices LLC, Katie was an in-house counsel and trial attorney for two insurance companies for a sum of 16 years.
Prior to working for Sperling Law Offices, Michael has worked for the past decade specializing in personal injury and representing hundreds of disability claimants. Michael currently heads our firm's social security/disability practice representing claimants in Wisconsin, Illinois and throughout the United States.

I am so happy Sperling handled my personal injury case! She also displayed a great deal of empathy after my accident and the month that followed as I continued to heal... and handling my case which was complicated by the pandemic.
