I saw Regency Home Care on google and called them. Usually, I make decisions like these only from word of mouth advice and the experiences of others but I decided to try them and I had a really nice experience with them! The care nurse was on time and caring. We didn’t have to use multiple agencies since they had nurses and regular caregivers too.

Working with Erich to set up caregivers for our crazy schedule has been great. We need full daycare during a few weekdays but none on some and half day on some days so as long as we tell them ahead of time and coordinate our schedule, we can make sure someone is always with our parents and they are being taken care of

I currently live in their residences and the nurse is really good to take care of us and gentle. I’m partially paralyzed and I need basic things done for me and help with others. While I’m hopeful on the recovery aspect, working with these nurses and caregivers for long term care has been the best experience I have ever had. If you need care, go to Regency.

People in the office are extremely polite and the caregiver that we work with is very good at her job. Our caregiver does housekeeping, helps errands and things like laundry that my parents aren’t able to do anymore. Especially with what’s going on with the pandemic, nursing homes are off limits for us.

This is my first experience Regency Home Care of North Atlanta. I have been so pleased with the care my mother has received. The caregivers are professional, prompt, caring, and very helpful. From my first experience with the owner of Regency Home Care I was impressed with the level of care and time he took with me to make sure that both me and my mother felt safe and secure with the caregivers he placed with her. Our parents recently decided to make the decision to move into a home that is in a more controlled environment. For us however, our priority was to either bring home care in our home, or move them to a better place. We contacted Regency looking for home health care for nurse services as well, but we were also informed of their Residences. Basically, these are homes where there are 24/7 nurses and caregivers to assist
