Used Lana's Limo to travel into Manhattan with friends for a birthday. LOVED their service! They were prompt, professional, and the vehicle was super sleek and new, beautiful! I felt completely safe leaving our bags and valuables in the car. I look forward to using them again and would 10/10 recommend their services!

Booked for my wedding and the service was TERRIBLE. “Guaranteed” they would be there (with a 25% upcharge just for a wedding). They called 4 hours before and said they had no limo for us. Had to argue with them to send appropriate cars for the bridal party. They finally got a limo for the church to reception but wouldn’t leave the church until “the contract went through” so the whole bridal party was late to the reception. They wouldn’t return any of our phone calls for months following. I would give zero stars if possible. Completely disappointed. AWFUL.

Lana's Limo provided transportation on our wedding day a few days ago. The service was fine, but they attempted to call me DURING my wedding ceremony (literally, my phone rang while I was standing in front of 200 people and my Maid of Honor had forgotten to turn it off) to tell me that they were charging me one hour of overtime because they couldn't get in touch with me to clarify what they should do. Of course they couldn't get in touch with me... I had paid them to provide shuttle service during my own wedding! And then because they couldn't reach me to clarify what they should

I've used Lana's limo a number of times, mainly to and from my office, and to the airport. Every time, they were on time (usually early) and very friendly. I've had to be late but that was never a problem. Just call them up to change stuff or whatever, and they've always been very accommodating. I'm also very happy with how clean and comfortable their cars and SUVs have been every time.
I'd highly recommend them and even told my cousin to use them for her wedding, for which she was super happy and grateful. The limo she got was huge

We used Lana's limo for a birthday dinner recently. Overall, pricey, but service was great. Driver (I think his name was Cam) was professional and arrived early.
Would have given 5 stars except the limo (which was supposed to be "brand new") was far from new. It was still in good shape, but part of their sell to justify the price was a brand new limo. It was probably 8-10 years old, and had a strong "carpet cleaner smell" to it. I don't think I would have noticed if they hadn't used the words brand new in their sales pitch.

WISH I COULD RATE IT 0 STARS----WORST COMPANY! I WILL NEVER LET THEM RUIN ANOTHER WEDDING AGAIN- dirty limo, limo gets lost to try and charge you overage , driver goes to get pizza on our running clock, and Amir and Lana will talk over you when you call to defend their driver versus listen to you as the customer- rudest most ignorant people I have ever dealt with- SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR WALLET AND DEAL WITH SOMEONE WORTH DEALING WITH! Rather than a company that wants you to call and discuss a bad ride on your wedding day and honeymoon...THEY DESERVE TO FAIL!
