Billy was so patient as we decided which limo suited our daughter’s Sweet Sixteen Celebration; the white elegant Escalade was perfect! (Plus clean & fully stocked with water bottles, cup & napkins.) The teenagers especially loved the “fun lighting & awesome sound system” inside the limo and the “cool” limo doors! To top it all off, our driver, Dave was personable, accommodating & had excellent driving skills. We all felt safe & comfortable. We highly recommend Cross County Limo & will be using their superior services again.

My husband and I used Cross County's 23 passenger shuttle bus for our wedding and we cannot recommend them enough! We coordinated with Hetem beforehand and he was polite and responsive with all of our questions. The day of the wedding the driver arrived early which allowed our whole day timeline to be perfectly on schedule. The driver was polite, organized, professional, patient and on time. Multiple guests told us afterward how kind and pleasant he was while driving guests from the hotel to the reception. Thank you Cross County for helping make our wedding day so amazing!

I was completely scammed by a different limo company, and just a few days before my event, Cross County limousine saved me! Last minute, they were able to offer me a hummer limo at a great price to accommodate my party. I had used Cross County previously for a two day trip and the price as well as the entire experience was phenomenal.I have never had anything but positive experiences with this company, and each person I’ve been in contact with has been so kind and more than willing to work with me in order to get me a limo at a reasonable price and great service. Can’t say enough about Billy and Cross County Limo. Going through a pandemic with Billy could not have been smoother. Everything was done timely and organized. Even when we had our shuttle company back out only 7 days before our wedding, Billy stepped up and found a solution for us quickly. The day went without a hiccup, the buses were beautifully maintained and very clean and payment as well as reaching out to him was so simple. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

The owner of this company is a saint. Amazing customer service. Upgraded our car because he found out we had just been in a car accident so he wanted to do something nice for us. The limo came 30 mins early. The man driving the car had to deal with 10 loud 10 year olds and did so like a champion. So sweet with the kids and went above and beyond!

Our driver was very timely, professional, and FUN! The limousine itself was great - spacious, clean, and stocked with water bottles and plastic cups. We had the Cadillac Escalade for the night which was very roomy and it had seats facing each other which is especially fun for a larger group celebration. Highly recommend this service for a night of celebrating!

Great experience dealing with Billy and his drivers. They arrived way ahead of schedule due to a tropical storm. The bride and bridal party arrived to the church on time!! They also brought the sun with them. Also hired a bus service through Cross County and that worked out great too. Highly recommend — courteous, dependable, immaculate cars, and on time.
