Tim and his crew did an outstanding job repairing the siding on my house, both my garage doors, prep and painted my entire house. As a homeowner you're always worried about finding a good and trustworthy contractor. TSD exceeded my expectations. He and his team are very trust worthy, honest, and responsive. We had the entire roof replaced in just 3 days, had the dry rot wood panels around the house completed replaced in 2 days, the garage door replaced, and whole house repainted… all in a timely manner and at a great value. We were kept informed at every stage of the process and they completely delivered their service and completion of project as promised. Will use TSD Construction again for future projects.

Am very happy with the work that Tim and his team has done for my home. We needed a new roof and Tim gave us a detailed quote and let us know about an issue with our HVAC as well. Whenever we had a house issue, he's the first person we call. We've called other companies for second opinions, but they haven't been as professional as Tim and his team. They answered all my questions, they gave me all the options and details and never felt pressured. Tim is always considerate of our needs and our busy schedule!

In the summer of 2017 Tim and his experienced crews (always on time and respectful) transformed our yard with weed free gardens (drip irrigation with gravel), full new backyard drainage system, new board-on-board fencing, stamped concrete patio, and side concrete walkway along with a beautiful patio cover with fan and light. Tim did an excellent job helping us choose plants that were in line with our tastes. My wife and I highly recommend TSD Construction for your landscaping needs.

Tim is a con artist and liar. He will take your money and run. He does not stand behind his work and will lie straight to your face. We paid a lot of money to have a fir pit put in that is falling apart because of bad workmanship. A patio cover that water pools in the center and leaks. We are told by the con artist this is natural and supposed to do it. He will find every excuse in book why he can't be bothered with doing it right. I would not recommend him to anyone. He will rip you off and smile in your face. The worst contractor I have ever come across.
