My Father died of sepsis from multiple bedsores while there. His physical therapy never happened. They had him heavily dosed on Haldol which seems to be commonplace to just sedate residents to keep them quiet. Sad that this is happening to our older generations. They were lucky they could use "Covid quarantines" as a way to keep families constantly away from their facility and the room phones barely ever were answered (probably because of all the sedatives they used) The main desk screens their calls and eventually won't even answer. Basically the place bleeds your insurance dry and you're disposed

This place handled the COVID pandemic completely inappropriately and didn't even take basic precautions. We requested that our loved one's curtain be drawn between her and her roommate who had COVID and they refused to do this. We asked 13 days before Christmas if we could do a Zoom meeting with our loved one on/ around Christmas and they never even responded and then after-the-fact said they couldn't. There are so many horrible and very sad incidents. The bottom line is they truly do not care about the residents or about professionalism. Note that many of the people posting 5 star reviews are

My aunt is a patient with dementia. The Team at Tremont could not be better, from the cleanliness of the facility, my aunt's outstanding appearance, and the direct communication of any issues. The Team there are a caring group of people. We feel safe for my aunt Flo, she is getting the best care around, by an outstanding Team of people. Recently we added her to the Hospice Team, we get 3 or 4 direct communications per week, the Hospice Team is really caring, they have been also setting up and conducting face time with my mom, relaying each visit with a call as well with Flo's updates. It's never

I would not recommend bringing your loved one here.
-There is 3 patients to a room which can become crowded easily.
-It’s clear the nursing staff have been doing this job a while, and seemed burnt out and to take it out on their patients.
-The social worker was rude & Not even the real one that works for this place it was a temp. Filing a report AND getting in touch with her took days. I was told by staff they didn’t know if there even was someone on call or not.
-The nurse practitioner actually REFUSED to call me to speak with me about my father. 3 days of trying to get in contact with
