My experience at ORA fulfilled the reason I went there for rehab, my first visit consisted of a sit down with Mark to evaluate my problem and put together a game plan to address it, following that session the appointments addressed areas that brought my body back to where it should be painlessly that myth of "no pain no gain" does not exist here ,after many sessions with Mark & Dana I felt "mission accomplished" Jessica the receptionist was very helpful greeting clients including holding the door open for us and making sure all had their masks on feeling better Thank You ORA... Orthopedic Rehab was the first physical therapy clinic in Massachusetts where I was not only comfortable emotionally but was treated holistically for my physical symptoms. I resided in Ohio for 24 years where on the two occasions I needed physical therapy and I was able to find competent practitioners but not so much in Massachusetts over the past 15 years until I found Orthopedic Rehab. Mark actually listened to me and provided exercises to help me with my identified problems rather than being prescriptive and dictative. Dana was friendly and professional. Their environment was pleasant and calming

The folks at ORA were terrific helping me rehab after an injury. As my strength grew, they increased intensity without causing additional injury and provided me with a great exercise program to continue at home. Mark Lembo and the entire staff at Orthopedic Rehab Associates are amazing. They are extremely knowledgeable, attentive, thorough, and friendly. If you're looking for physical therapy, Ortho Rehab is absolutely the best! During my first consult visit with Mark he went through every step of what to expect during my recovery from shoulder surgery. He reassured me that with patience & time I would be well again. I liked that there was always someone nearby to guide me through my exercises. It actually felt like having a personal trainer. The office environment is upbeat & positive. The staff is dedicated to making your rehab a success. Mine was, and I am sure that Orthopedic Rehab will do the same for you!

My whole family has used their services. From the front desk staff to the therapists everyone is extremely knowledgeable and very kind. They understand clients can be nervous starting out and they work as a team to reassure and care for each individual’s needs. They have remained open after hours when we needed an urgent consult and are always ready with a smile. I won’t go anywhere else for my PT. I highly recommend them.
