I only wish I could give negative 5 stars. Absolutely the worst company I've ever seen. My blower motor went out and their technician said to get a new one. My house was over 80 degrees inside and after it took them a while to get it replaced then motor messed up after a couple weeks because they put the wrong motor in, and in turn putting that motor in caused other damage. It took them over 3 weeks to get put the new one in and get it running. On top of that the technician checked the refrigerant and said it was full but it wasn't cooling the house even a tiny bit. When I had another company check

We called DHC out for a repair. Our unit was not working at all. We were told it would be a 90 minute job. 6 days and countless lies later we finally have heat and air again. Amy McGuffey, the secretary/ service manager I spoke with, each and everyday, repeatedly lied to my wife and me about what was going on with our service and where our technician was. Apparently there were more lucrative jobs to be handled so they put us on the back burner. I also attempted to speak with the owner, Jerry Denton, but he was “out of town”. We were assured numerous time that we would receive a discount on

We had several issues with our complicated home HVAC system over the past 18-24 months. As a result, we hired DHC to replace and upgrade our entire duct system in November 2017. After that work and expense, our older unit failed and had to be replaced in May 2018. We continued to have issue with the performance of the system even after spending a significant amount of money to upgrade the equipment and providing many chances for DHC to make things right.
Recently, I brought in another company to give us a second opinion on the work done by DHC, only to find out that we now have to spend even more

This company is excellent. Our HVAC suddenly quit working in February. Fortunately, it was unseasonably warm. We had been having issues with the HVAC (voltage output was low, making weird sounds, intermittently would not work for an hour or two) and we had another local company come out a few months before this happened. They said everything was fine and charged us $200 for the inspection. DHC came the same day I called, diagnosed the problem in 30 minutes and only charged $79 for that. The did not have my needed part in stock, but even with that, the repair was completed less than 48 hours after

Service guy was very nice but I suppose the company pushes him to sell parts. My blower motor was sticking guy says that will be about $500 to replace i asked about oiling it for now service tech claimed it won't help i insisted on trying that to get by for now. I oiled it and it has been running fine for 3 weeks now which was enough to get me through the very cold spell we were having. I get that they are in business to make money which they still did $69 for 10 minutes of work is still very good pay and i would have been more inclined to use them in the future if he had not insisted that oiling
