Worse worse worse nail salon! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! This woman, I think her name is Bianca, did my gel pedicure spa. She poked my toe nails so many times, and almost cut my flesh with a nail clipper! I was trying to stay calm and told her to stop - until she kept doing it again.
The nail polish is all messy on my toe nails, paint scattered on my skin, and overall service is extremely sloppy. Every single toe nail's shape and color is uneven. Have been to hot tips on numerous other occasions, however have never had Sam as my nail tech. Well I did today and it was a terrible experience. Had very very little experience with acrylic and was just piling it on my nail. The nails were so thick and bumpy.. absolutely terrible! The design is also absolutely terrible but I care less about that because not everyone is an artist. Had to call another nail salon to get them fixed as best as she could with what Sam did to them. Not to mention it is 24 hours later and multiple nails are bleeding, sore or missing parts of my nail bed! I have very wide

I called to see if there was availability the receptionist was so nice and told me to come now. I got there and was taken quickly showed what i wanted and the nail tech did exactly that! The receptionist offered me a mock tail which was yummy! I will definitely be returning in a few weeks for a follow up!

Best nail salon I’ve ever been too! Everyone was so sweet and nice to talk to, my nails came out soo amazing I loved the vibes and decor everything was so clean and beautiful. They even gave me a water bottle for free while I got my nails done. I cannot wait to come back here and recommend all my friends to come here! I had a 10/10 experience thank you all so much!

I have been a loyal client for 2 years. I have befriended my manicurists and I have tipped them well. Often overtipping. In fact, when the pandemic hit, I gave my manicurist a very large tip knowing that she would be out of work for sometime. I have never missed an appointment without cancelling. I have never been late for an appointment yet I've had to wait numerous times due to overbooking on their part. Updating my review because i won't give this place my business again. I went to the same lash tech for 2 years here, i took 2 months off and when i tried to book an appointment with her again they said she "wasn't taking new clients" i informed them i had been this lash tech's client for 2 years, they put me on hold for a few minutes and gave me an appointment available a month out. I agreed to this and even took a half day at work because i felt this lash tech's skills were worth it.

I absolutely love this place. I get complicated designs on my nails and each and every nail tech here bangs them out perfectly. It’s not the fanciest salon but it’s by far the most talented. Prices are reasonable, staff is professional, and quality is impeccable. I drive an hour every 2 weeks to get my nails done here and I’d drive an hour more if I had to.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Worst nail place EVER!!!! My friend and I drove an hour to come to this place.. We were looking forward to this for so long. To experience this place with all the great nail work they claim to do. Not only did I not get what I asked for, but the receptionists were absolutely unprofessional and extremely rude.I sat in a chair for over 2 hours to get acrylic on my real nails...not too challenging. I hate giving bad reviews but this place needs a health inspection from the state. It was so unhygienic. I should've just walked out when I got there but I didn't.
The technician had me put my hands in a dirty bowl with cold water and soap. The bowl was disgusting. They also don't sanitize their tools. She used a nail clipper, cuticle clipper and nail file that had been laying around. She didn't even sanitize it before she used it on me.
The nail file was clearly out of grip and instead of getting a new one she proceeded to tell me I had weak nails.

I had a mother daughter date here, they were patient and very complaint with clean atmosphere. However my nails broke in half, my mothers chipped right off within 4 days of the service. Edges were rough and gel wasn’t taken off nicely so some nails looked matte finish. It’s a shame cause I know in the past they’ve done a much better job.

Customers beware, the staff here is extremely rude and unprofessional. They do not own up to or fix their mistakes & they lack basic kindness / respect for their paying customers. No sense in making an appt because you will wait 30+ minutes regardless.
Also, if you still decide to go here after reading all these bad reviews, be cautious of adding gems and jewels on your nail! The owner put SO MUCH glue on my acrylic nail, that my real nail came off with it, even after i soaked in water, oil and acetone before removal!

Just moved to the area and needed a new nail tech. Had my appointment last week for a gel refill and ended up being 10 min late due to an accident on the highway. They were extremely accommodating and when I got to the salon, I was greeted very nicely! My temperature was taken and I was told to wash my hands before being seated. My nail tech did an amazing job- probably best I've ever had- and the manicure was reasonably priced. Everyone in the salon was very nice and friendly to each other and I'm looking forward to making this my new spot!

The woman who did my nails was very sweet, however, after my friend and I came in for the exact same thing (and she was done 45 minutes before me) I began to feel a bit frustrated as my nails were done carelessly. There were numerous times where she filed into my skin, and didn't care to take the time to shape the acrylics so they stuck to my skin. They are thick and not cute- I'm planning on going back for a refund

I gave them a second chance and if I could rate negative stars I would. The pictures should tell you why. My natural nails are LONG and pretty strong. This woman broke all of them to the point of no return. I had to tell her 3 times almond shaped and she kept squaring them off. She cut me, let me bleed on the towel, and didn't stop to clean until I asked if she was going to stop. She also painted over the blood, so heads up, their nail polishes are probably NOT sanitized and cleaned. Avoid this place. UPDATE*** the cut led to a staph infection and the owner blocked me on IG because I called

I have to say it was the worst experience I've ever had .. when the tech completed they were all different lengths and thick.. I have been a nail tech for 25 yrs the work was appalled at the work she did .. The only service I enjoyed was the pedicure...would never go back again...

Place has fallen off. Owner is stressed and always yelling. Customer service isn't a thing here. I got a new set put on($60+tip)and within the week two nails popped off. Called the shop was told to come in and they will fix them. ($10 per nail to fix) plus I couldn't remember the color they used on me and they couldn't match it so I asked them to just change them all. (Another $10) as she is taking the polish off she now tells me I need a new set they weren't put on right.... and that I would have to pay for a new set. I of course didn't want to pay for a new set...The

I love Hot Tips Nail Lounge! The quality of work is totally worth the money. I am so happy that they take such pride in their work and make me feel so special every time I visit. Any design I request exceeds my expectations and my nails last even over a month with no issues.
