Their spa pedicures are the best. They give you a menu when you come in as you’re seating to choose which one you would like . I love how they time the minutes for foot massage and have so different pricing for what’s included & how many minutes massage you want. I travel over 30 mins to come here.

I discovered this Nail Spa b/c I was having lunch in the area later in the day. I live out of state. I made my decision based on other reviews and I am very glad I did so.
I made a reservation for 2 people for pedicures at 10:00 am. It could not have been easier! I arrived a few minutes late as I made a couple wrong turns, but was greeted warmly upon my arrive and we were escorted to the pedicure chairs without any issue.

Always accommodating and friendly. They do a beautiful job on my gel manicures, and their massages are heavenly. They don't stop until the knots are out. The shop is comfortable and clean. They work together as a team when it's busy. I look forward to each appointment!

For 2 years I have been searching for the perfect nail salon. Last month I finally found them! The staff here are so friendly and understand! They are go above and beyond to make sure your experience and services exceed your expectations. I recommend them to everyone looking for a nail salon

Very clean environment. Friendly, helpful staff. Got a basic mani/pedi. Pedicure was good but it felt rushed. Maybe because it was a busy Friday. Manicure lasted 2 days before chipping very badly. (I was on vacation and not doing any housework.) I even paid $5 extra for special "week" polish. Whatever that means.

This was literally the best pedicure/experience i've ever gotten in my entire life. They do so much and make sure your nails look stunning before you leave. Everyone was so nice!!!

They did an absolutely amazing job i just feel there services are way to expensive. I went in asking for a fill-in and she said they were unable to do a fill-in so she said that they will do a new set and she said the prices were similar and I noticed that the fillings were $60 however the Fossett was 90 I asked for these purple color tips and she didn’t tell me they would be extra cost me $20 more making my total $110 and i just felt they should of mentioned the cost because 60 and 90 are not too similar and if I got the feeling like I asked I wouldn’t mind spending the $20 for the extra design

The entire team at Nature Balsam are friendly, professional, and extremely talented at what they do! All COVID health and safety protocols are followed and the shop is very clean. I've been a customer for a little over 2 years and I will never go anywhere else! Oh...I strongly recommend paying a few dollars for the extra 10 minute massage while you get your nails done. You'll be hooked for life!

I'd give it more stars if I could! Unfortunately I don't live in Morris Plains, but if I did, this would be my go-to salon. They're very professional, the salon is extremely clean and well kept. There's an instant sense of calm when you walk in.
They saw us as soon as we arrived and had no wait time to start our service.
I showed the technician a design online and he did a phenomenal job! They even do a short back massage once they're finished with your nails. Amazing! Highly recommend!
