I'm updating my previous survey by raising the recommendations score. I originally had an issue for which I was not completely satisfied and that issue has been corrected. The 9 of 10 possible score I've given here is short of 10 only because I'm making 100% sure that every part of the first concern has now been corrected. The 9 out of 10 rating I've given here should still indicate to potential patients that I would recommend Purcell Vision Source to others.

Convenient location, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional staff. New equipment, clean facility with ample parking. What's not to like. Eye care is never really "enjoyable" but Purcell Vision Sources combined staff and facility make the process so much easier. I WILL recommend the business to friends and family.

Great people who know what there doing and have the patience of a saint. My 7 year old asked questions about every piece of equipment and procedure they had from the time we walked in until we were walking out the door. They answered every single one and never made him feel like a pest!! That alone is worth the trip!!

Alice at the front desk always greets you with a smile and willingness to help to get you checked in and any scheduling cares taken care of. Becky is extremely helpful and knowledgeable in choosing the right frames for you. Ashley and Dr Madden work to thoroughly and accurately access your eye health and vision issues. All with the best attitudes. My family has been using PVS for years and are very pleased with the genuine care, friendliness and professionalism shown. Cannot recommend PVS more!

Purchased glasses for my Mother here. Everyone was extremely nice to her at her initial visit and during her eye exam, however once the glasses were paid for we have received less than pleasant customer service. She has been experiencing headaches and eye discharge since the day they dilated her eyes, and her glasses arrived with extreme dark tint instead of the slight tint that she asked for. She has called back for assistance and they are giving her vague answers and no resolutions. I would also add that we requested a detailed receipt and after a bit of hesitation it was received.
