Gum recession occurs when the gum tissue pulls away from the teeth and slowly shrinks down the length of the roots. My problem is with the billing department. I was not told about a "consult" fee but after paying in full for my surgery ($900), I received a bill for another $165 for a consult and an X-ray. Mind you I had my dentist take and send over brand new x rays so that I would not have to have them take any at Sunrise Perio. Surgery quoted was about $200 more than anywhere else to begin with. They lost a good client (and her friend who required a gingevectomy on 10 teeth) over $165 bucks. Not honest! Would never go back.

If you take dental care seriously, this is the place to go. Super Nice Staff, beautiful modern office and talented dental care. When I had a problem my regular dentist could not solve, I visited Dr. Price and found him to be super skilled and very reputable. I actually have already recommended two friends to him too.
