It was a good review till I noticed that after repairi g my car they did not repair the radiator correctly and it's leaking

I wish I didn’t have a body shop, but I do and these guys are it. They have helped me with a few cars including two very major collision repairs. William in customer service is an excellent brand ambassador who has kept me informed of progress every step of the way, even texting photos of my Jeep in process. He even took my children and I back to see the car in two pieces with the frame out back and the body in the garage. That was cool because I could see how clean an operation they run. I am very pleased and impressed with the service I received from the staff at North Olmsted Collision Center. The staff are very professional, the waiting area is none like I have ever seen at an auto body shop, and they are a certified repair shop for many makes of vehicles (including my honda odyssey). They were very easy to work with and know how to handle insurance claims. All you need to do is drop off your vehicle and they will call the rental company from there, if you should need one.

I have a 2012 Toyota Camry SE that was hit on the rear passenger side panel and bumper by a transport truck. I looked at a lot of places and saw that this place had a great rating and great customer service. The shop was very clean and accommodating. I dealt with an individual by the name of Matt. He was amazing and communicated very well on the status of my vehicle regularly. He handled the communication with the adjuster and I was hands off. I absolutely love North Olmsted Collision Center! They are super kind and the work they do is amazing. They fixed my suv perfectly and I am a very very happy customer!
