I recently engaged ADR in a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment on behalf of a client that owns multiple gas stations. ADR was one of 5 vendors that responded to RFP's in a timely manner (Kevin answered me within a couple hours), and their rate was at or near the lowest quoted with the quickest turnaround available. The assessment was completed on time in a courteous and efficient manner; ADR's review was thorough and complied with bank's standards. I would not hesitate to work with ADR in the future.
