Sparger Technology, Inc. (STI) provides full service, quality-oriented environmental testing capabilities, specialises in the testing of air/gas, soil, water and leachate samples. We also provide on-site environmental monitoring services and environmental monitoring equipment hire.

Services
Sparger provides coolers, packing material, certified pre-cleaned bottles with applicable preservatives, and chains of custody directly to the sampling site or office. We also provide courier services for the delivery of bottles and supplies to the field and for pick up of samples when needed by the client.
At Sparger we can help provide data on both toxicity in soil and its effect on the environment. Our data reporting meets the needs of specialists including Site Investigators, Remediation Specialists, Geotechnical and Geo-environmental experts and Engineering Consultants. Our range of testing services include: WAC (Waste Acceptance Criteria) "Tank Testing" to determine the leaching characteristics of solidified (monolithic) wastes.
Sparger offers a wide range of microbiological analyses for drinking water, fresh and marine recreational water. In addition to common bacteriological tests Sparger offers monthly monitoring Bacteriological Testing for commercial water suppliers. Consults on the most appropriate test methods to use for your samples, or what samples may be appropriate for a given investigation.
The laboratory conforms to all regulations for holding times and preservations. Below is a quick reference guide for holding times, containers, preparation and mimimum volume required for analysis (Referenced from EPA SW-846, Standard Methods, 40 CFR Part 136). Use the proper container to collect your sample.
Documenting proper and accurate chain of custody records after sample collection is imperative to ensure that data is legally defensible. Custody should be documented from sample collection through sample analysis at the laboratory. Each custody transfer should be documented on the chain of custody form from sampler to shipper (if applicable) to laboratory.
