We are calling the customer when we are leaving the previous job and heading over to your appointment. The garage door tech will call you on the phone when he arrives at the job. He then will check the condition of the garage door and operator. If a part is bad, we will take a picture of the piece and send you an image through a text message or email.

Finally decided to replace my 70 year old garage door and called several suppliers which all set up appointments for inspection/estimate. Then I called Frank at Bullock garage doors and he was at my house in less than an hour and gave me several options with detailed estimates. He also recommended that I keep appointments with other installers to compare price and products. I wasn't exactly sure what was wrong with our door but knew it was a fairly simple fix. He gave me a courtesy call as he was moments away and showed up on time! He fixed the problem and found we had another problem that we weren't aware of which he also fixed. He was polite, professional and priced fair.

Got the call early this morning that my Father In Law's garage door wouldn't open. Called Frank and he came out right away, assessed the problem and got it fixed. Keep in mind I called Frank at 10 AM on memorial day. My garage spring and cables had broke so I was unable to open the garage. He was completely willing to come out that night but I told him he could wait till the morning which he promptly arrived at 7 AM had the job completed at 8 AM. He was very friendly and on time and did not overcharge me. I would highly recommend him.

Called on a Sunday early evening about my garage door that kept opening on its own. Given the day/time, I was expecting to have to wait til the next day for an appt. Frank answered & was able to come see me in about an hour! Already off to a great start. He showed up on time & was super nice & friendly. He quickly diagnosed the issue & showed me the problem. Frank just installed new garage doors on our duplex in Sacramento. The old doors were original springs and extremely hard to use. He installed the new doors super fast and it's quality work. The rails and motors he installed as well, with a nice Liftmaster model. Highly recommend Frank and his excellent customer service!

It was dinner time the other night. My daughter knocked my garage door off the track and it was all twisted up. My neighbor came over and recommended Bullock, and I gave frank a call. Excellent service and communication. I needed same day service, he couldn't come out right away, but kept in touch when he could come. He came in the evening, determined what needed to be done, gave me a straight forward quote and we proceeded. Frank and his son were quick and thorough. They were done within the hour. We forgot that our garage door was locked from the inside. So when we activated the garage door opener, the bracket popped out. I called Frank and he came by in less than 2 hours, which was way faster than I expected!
When Frank came, he knew exactly how to fix our door and did an excellent job! He had all of the tools needed to get the job done. Frank was very friendly and explained how he was going to repair our garage door. And he got our door fixed in about 20 minutes.
