Brought my girls here and the staff had the audacity to make comments about my little girls appearance. Making fun and pointing out a girls insecurities has nothing to do with getting nails done and definitely the opposite of beautifying one self. 1 star for rude arrogance and negative all around for bullying customers. I live near by and have seen all the businesses in this plaza go under. This one will follow suite.

You should be ashamed of your staff.

I got a pedicure with Rose; it was the best experience I've had in a while. The princess pedi is well priced and well worth the money. The service here is wonderful and the salon is Covid safe.

A bit pricey. Get the price first because they use terms "and up" they will grab one out of the sky. They do adequate work not exceptional.

Brought my two little girls here for their first mani/pedi day and we all had a great experience. Everyone there was so friendly and good at engaging my daughters and being patient with their wiggles, fixing a few nails that got messed up during the wiggles(my girls’ fault). They got cute little flowers and polka dots on all their sets and we will definitely be back. Thank you, Princess Nails!

I love my nails!!! Vivian did my nails, she's amazing!! I definitely recommend. I didn't feel rushed. She took her time to make sure each nail looked the same. She pays attention to detail! She also added little white stems to the flowers I chose and it came out so cute!! I also got a pedicure by Mimi. She also did an amazing job! I love how it came out. Thank you Vivian and Mimi!

I love this place! My first two mani-pedi's since Covid and they both lasted for weeks! My gel mani didn't chip at all! I will always get my nails done here.

Wish i could give them no stars AND i bet most of the 5 stars here is because they offer a $5 coupon if you give them a good review. I got here at 7pm and asked if they could take in 2 pedicures. They said yes and we sat down. When we got there there were two other customers and only 2 workers one customer left and they had us put our feet in water. Okay that means we're next. WRONG. I sat i. For my daughter's bday we hit the spot for a mani pedi... I would of gave 5 stars but she nicked my dawgs and the wait was a little long.

I had a gel manicure done by Wendy I believe and she did a terrible job. I'm currently 9 months pregnant and was able to grow out long and thick nails and she decided to use the electric filer to take off a small amount of gel nail polish left from a previous manicure. My nails ended up paper thin and jagged. She even broke a few of them so had to shorten all of them. I had to tell her to stop. She said she had to use to electric filer because I'm pregnant. I told her next time ask me what I want. I'm so unhappy with my manicure. She destroyed my thick nails

Very average manicure. I paid for extras like calus remover and sea salt. The manicurist barely put in any effort. I was left with cuticle showing on my nails and toes. I will not be going again

This is my second time here & they're very accommodating..they listen.. & prosecute what u ask for! You won't be disappointed

Vivian and her team are the absolute BEST! I’ve gone to at least a hundred other nail salons but now refuse to go anywhere but Princess Nails. Their professionalism, kindness, price and quality are second to none!

Went to this place for the first time, the one star is because they were welcoming. My husband and I went in for a pedicure, 1. It took so long! 2 1/2 hours and we were the only ones in there, 2. They spoke in their language the entire time, never addressed us. 3. My husbands toes are know pealing and by that I mean his skin is literally falling off. He is in so much pain, bleeding. He let her know that whatever they were using was burning him, she continued to spray anyway. This is a nightmare, I feel so bad and I think we might have to go to urgent care. Do not go here SAVE YOUR SKIN!
