Everyone was extremely nice and professional. I recommend Huong for manicures. She did my nails exactly how I wanted it and was super careful. She made sure to check in once in a while to see if I liked what she was doing!! Mandy did my pedi and she was so meticulous, making sure it was perfect. I highly recommend you guys to check this place out

I'll definitely coming back here! I tried this place for the first time today, I was on my lunch and lucked out and was able to walk in and sit right down. I am always over critical and find tiny imperfections (but will never bring it up to my nail person) and this was the first place I have been where my nail tech took it upon herself to spot them and fix them. Mandy was great!!

Need to get your nails done? Michelle is the best if you come here to Hi-Tek Nails and Spa to get your nails done! Located at the Cerritos Town Center next to the Cerritos Town Center Dentistry, off of Bloomfield Avenue in the city of Cerritos. I love getting the manicure and pedicure which included a hot stone feet massage for both legs and feet, total cost is $30. Also, they have massage chairs, free WIFI, and parking is easy. For the WIFI, the username is Hiteknail and the password is @hitek17550 which is complimentary to all customers. They close at 7pm, but will take walk-ins even after

Horrible experience with my gel nails. Applied sooo thick that they lifted/chipped after ONE DAY. Both me and my sister's nails are JACKED and need to be redone. Also, i haven't stepped foot into a nail salon that smelled soooo bad to where it gave me a headache. They need better ventilation and just better manicurists, period. Will never come back.

I'm sorry but I'm going to have to agree with the rest of the bad review's. I usually go up the street but they were booked and I was in desperate need of a pedicure. The people are nice but very low quality of work here. They missed some cuticles and nail trimmings, I had to point it out for them to fix. One of my nails was spotted..they had to fix that too. Really wish I liked this place but now I know why they are not busy. Next time I'll wait for my regular nail lady at the other shop..never again will I come here.. Sorry nail tek you need to up your game..lots of competition

Came here for the 1st time on July 4th (closest place open), Mai did my nails and didnt take any careful measures to do a good job. The usual, didnt ask if I wanted nails cut, and didnt leave my gel nails in the LED long enough, plus didnt use cuticle softener before cutting and did a crappy, crappy job, didnt clean under my nails, didnt use that initial coat to help gel stick on every nail (like she was in a huge hurry...and there were no customers waiting) didnt use file to get gel off edges of nails and it was stuck to my skin, didnt use alcohol/acetone after the final coat. I'm confused by the low reviews because I had an excellent experience here on Saturday. I came in half past five, and asked to see if they could fit me in. While they close at six, I was about to be their last customer, which was nice of them. I came in with gel nails on my fingers and toes, and requested for French gel nails for fingers, and gel toes too. The price was very reasonable, and I even got brow waxing done. My French tips look great, and they really were detailed in doing their job. I had one broken nail that needed fixing, and they were able to mend it. That nail barely hurts

I'm appalled by the service here , literally told them I was on my lunch break . I just needed my dip soaked off and gel put on... the lady set me up for a soak and then left me for someone else which whatever come back when my nails are done soaking but no I'm sitting there like can I just pay for taking them off cus I have to go back to work.. then they ask me to stay and have someone else do my gel , this lady went slower then slow dude , 3 mins to paint one hand , I timed it . I told her it's been 2 hours I HAVE TO GO and she continues to go so slow. I just don't understand

Don't come here. I spent two hours here getting a mani pedi. They had to redo my nails twice because they did sloppy work. I'm very basic wasn't expecting much. I left unhappy with the job they did and then two hours later I noticed my polish was bubbling see photos. They did not want to refund my money. They refused to unless I allowed them to remove the polish. I am assuming they wanted to mandate sure I didn't end up with a "free" gel manicure. I've been getting gel color done for a while I've never ever had this happen.

If I could give this nail salon zero stars I would. They honestly do not even deserve one star. I gave this salon 2 attemps. Once with gel nails and the second time with acrylic nails. Both times were EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. And I emphasize in that because I've never ever experienced such a terrible job. I honestly don't even know how they even consider themselves nail technicians.

Cousin and I both got our mani-pedis done; we like to do our manicures w the Dip and I have never had it done worse. the shape is horrible and different on every finger and SO thick. And the pedicure i just paid for - I'm going home to re do it myself because it's that bad and bubbly. So unhappy and not worth the money - not even on a desperate day will I be back. And now my nails look like crap for Valentine's Day. AWESOME.
