PMSI is a physician-owned multispecialty group practice with offices in Berks and Montgomery Counties in Southeastern Pennsylvania. We are committed to delivering the highest quality medical healthcare through the coordination of properly planned, managed and utilized medical services. With respect, compassion, and consideration, our physicians deliver appropriate healthcare to our patients, providing for all of their healthcare needs.
PMSI Division of Pain Medicine is excited to now offer state of the art, Stem Cell Regenerative medicine treatments. Dr. Cano uses intradiscal stem cell therapy (IDSCT) to treat Degenerative Disc disease (DDD) in a minimally invasive, outpatient setting. DDD is a condition whereas the soft, spongy inside of the disc (nucleus pulposus) has over time, degenerated and is no longer present or is not able to function as a shock-absorber.

I went to the office to have a cardiac test performed. I checked in after waiting 20 minutes for the front desk staff to finish their personal conversation. Then I was greeted with "Yea"....Pissed is an understatement. I then waited in the waiting room for 3 hours, and finally couldn't take it and left. I called to complain and was told, "oh… they forgot you were there and all the cardiac staff left and went home". How about that....People saying this is the worst are down playing it. This office is a shinning example of exactly what is wrong in health care today. You have been warned!

Scheduling appointments has become a nightmare.
I took a sick day from work and called at 8 for a sick appointment. The phones were still set for the office being closed. I kept calling and calling and finally got through, but the three available sick appointments were already booked.
I called about two months ago for an appointment for shoulder pain and was told with my work schedule that it would be three months to get in. I ended up going directly to an orthopedic.

Brookside just told me they won’t have a well visit for my child for over a year. This is after I made the appointment a year ago and was told it was canceled because her doctor is leaving. The doctors are… great. The booking area is horrible. Constantly cancelling my appointments and not telling me, never having appointments with doctors and now this. They are by far the most difficult doctors office I have ever had to deal with.
