I had my mammogram today at Abington Jefferson Lansdale Hospital. The mammo department has been remodeled and it is very nice. The receptionists in the mammo department Tylia and Aniyah are very friendly and professional. The tech Janet was friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant experience and we need more people working in customer service positions with great attitudes like this. Have a fantabulous day.

95% of the people in here are amazing, professional, nice…… then there’s that 5%… who get power hungry, rude, think they get to run the show and it’s all about them. kicked me out from visiting when I got doctor approval, caretaker, double mask. 2, not 1, 2. Negative COVID tests. But that’s not enough… guess if this ladies grandparents were dying she’d let herself in to see them.. “rules for thee but not for me” what a joke.
Again, wonderful building. But 5% of the people in here are so terrible

My review is mostly due to the complete lack of precautionary measures when entering the hospital. NO ONE MONITORS the entrance. Anyone at all can come and go and go right up and into hospital rooms. No one at all is there monitoring anything. Not to mention it’s the midst of a pandemic and there are zero precautions at a hospital. This is based on the past three days so far. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE at the entrance at any time.
Also when in the ER, it was a complete mess. Dirty gloves in the room and other trash and visibly dirty floors. I get that people are busy and they were, but there was no sense

I just had the worst experience of my life at this hospital. I got there at 5am for diverticulitis pain. The doctor in the morning got me into cat scan and did blood work. Once it was confirmed diverticulitis he started pain medicine, FLUIDS and an antibiotic. After he left, I never seen anymore fluid for the 16 hours I was there. I was in a room from 5am - 2:30pm until they moved me into the hallway until I left. The night shift came in at 7 and the nurse did not check my vitals or asked if I needed anything. I waited 2 hours for her to come over and ask if I needed pain medicine and I was going

Honestly with staffing and the fact that we are in the middle of a pandemic, I was surprised at how quickly I was seen. I sat in the waiting room for about 45 minutes for abdominal pain after checking in before going into triage. The nurse told me there were no rooms available and I could be waiting for hours. Luckily I only waited about an hour before they took me back. The nurses and doctors were all very kind and understanding. I felt they were very attentive as much as they could be with how busy they were.

Absolutely disgusting. My fiancee was put in a bed in the ER that had blood on one of the rails. She was asked to give a urine sample so she went to the restroom to find blood soaked gauze in the sink. Told the nurse about it and she just shrugged it off and left the room. I went to the same bathroom over an hour later and the bloody gauze was still in the sink. This has never been the best hospital but this is just horrible. I think a call to the health department with the pictures I took is going to happen.

This deserves a zero. My friend has been suffering from abdominal cramps for a few months now. We haven't figured out the cause yet and are seeking specialist. However since it started my friend has been there 5x. The EMS and hospital staff lack sympathy and empathy. First time the EMS demanded she stand up. Then they lied to her saying her mother and aunt where not there when I saw with my own eyes they followed. This last time was the worse for us. The admission asked her to wear her mask, meanwhile she is hyperventilating and throwing up from the pain. One staff member told her to calm down

I needed treatment for a foot infection. I was greeted by a receptionist who was extremely pleasant. I then only waited for a short amount of time before going into triage - Maybe 20 minutes at most. I was then treated by another nice person in triage. Then there were nothing but pleasant, competent nurses and doctors who quickly administered an IV. I went from walking in the front door to having an IV in under 45 minutes. I was out the door in about four hours having felt very cared for in a clean and friendly environment.

I was recently admitted on a Friday and subsequently had a procedure done on Sunday. I didn’t think I would be discharged until Monday and to my pleasant surprise I was discharged after the Sunday morning surgery! I am very appreciative of the Doctors and the medical professionals that made a Sunday surgery possible. Truly impressed as I assumed the hospital would just keep me comfortable with medication until Monday. I also want to compliment everyone that conducted testing and just checked with me to see if I needed anything before asking! The most helpful, pleasant, caring nurses made my stay
