I made an appointment with them for today for the technician to arrive between 9 AM and12 noon. At 12:10 I called the office and they did not even have a record of my reservation. In the meantime Oscar called me to let me know that his car is in the shop and "hopefully" be ready by 2, so he can be here by 2.
Really, did his car get in the shop at 12:00? Why he did not call me sooner? How long one has to wait for a fridge service?
Why the office (his wife?) had no record of the reservation.
Cancelled service and move on.
