Jacob is rude and unresponsive. He came to evaluate a beverage center refrigerator that wasn't working. We paid the $75 trade call in advance which we were told would be applied towards any needed repairs should we want to proceed. He told us we need to replace motherboard. We agreed and gave him our credit card info to pay in advance and he said he would call us in a few days when he got the part to repair. After not hearing from him for 10 days, we reached back out to him. Turns out never ordered the part! No apologies or explanation given. I'm fact he made me feel as though I was bothering him

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Gentleman who arrived for repair could not speak English or understand English. He took out drawer below cooktop to see the model number. He broke the rails taking out the drawer and couldn’t get the drawer back in. He was disrespectful in trying to talk to me. I sent him away. I didn’t trust him to do any further work.

Amazing! Exceptionally friendly on the phone and managed to squeeze us in, same day. David arrived when he said he would and was not only polite but well groomed and in clean, nice clothes. Totally blowing repair people stereotypes away. He was very knowledgeable and very fast with the fix. We will not hesitate to call again if need be.
