In My Opinion - Horrible Attorney period . This guy spent more time and effort fighting with his client about why They should “ Take the plea “ in a case where Any Lawyer would know there was so much evidence to prove innocence . If You were to listen to this Lazy man , you will get the worst case scenario , Despite how much proof you have that you are innocent - He will Not listen , and tell you” it can’t be used “ .. He may ask you to Agree to take a deal that Will financially ruin you to the point where You would need to file bankruptcy in order to pay what he wanted his client to

Let me just put it this way, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! If this attorney is doing your case for a discount, save your money because he basically told me, “you get what you pay for!” Thee WORST Lawyer I have ever seen. My brother went through the Bar Association to find this attorney and he paid a flat fee of $600. The attorney informed me he does 150 cases like this and makes $250/hour and my brother paid $600. That insinuates that he was not willing to fight or even cared what happened to my brother. Very sad and I’m extremely disgusted in this “SO CALLED ATTORNEY???” Yeah right!

My Wife and I hired Tom to handle our Grandparents Rights case in January 2019. When we finally appeared in Ramsey County court he did an excellent job explaining our concerns to the judge and we got everything we asked for concerning our visitation and phone calls with our two Grandchildren. Tom did an excellent job at a reasonable fee.

I hired Tom because he is an Army Veteran. I got way more than I expected. He's an extremely hard working, fair attorney. He has great relationships with predominant members of the law community. His fees are very fair, he won't nickle and dime you. He really wants what's best for you and your family, and has the knowledge to go after it in the fairest way possible. My case has not been closed yet, so you know I'm not writing this review based on an outcome. I highly recommend Tom in any family case.

Hired this lawyer, unfortunately every single thing that could go against me did, and after paying tens of thousands in the final court setting, he did nothing, while the other lawyer relentlessly badgered me for over an hour. I got nothing I wanted from court, and never should have hired this lawyer. Besides the terrible performance, I was given bad information on Minnesota State Law numerous times which will continue costing me in every sense of the word and costing my child dearly in life most likely for decades to come. I can not stress enough, hiring this lawyer you will be destroyed in court

Tom Lee is truly one of the best lawyers i have ever dealt with. He is fair and deals with the facts and returns phone calls very quickly and answers all your questions. His fees are very reasonable, and he is definitely honest and keeps you focused on the important details of the case and away from what's not important.
