Falling in love with the town of Troy, he and his wife, Teri, decided to put down roots here. They bought five property lots on which they built five homes: four were sold, and one they kept to raise their family in. My wife and I built with Todd and Bart Denlinger in Tipp City at Rosewood Creek. They are awesome. They are easy to work with and absolutely straightforward about everything from the price to the process.
But most of all, the house they built is beautiful and amazing. They were so responsive and attentive, they made the process easy and basically stress free.
They were amazing in every way. My wife and I would build with them again tomorrow and in fact are talking to Todd about it.
