Bauer-Turner Funeral Home and Cremation Services represents four generations of dedicated service to Monroe County communities. In 1902, Levi Bauer and Sanford Willison founded the Bauer & Willison Furniture & Undertaking business on Main Street in Woodsfield, Ohio. In 1924 Levi Bauer built the Bauer & Willison Furniture and Undertaking building where we still operate our furniture store on Paul Street.

The basic Military Funeral Honors (MFH) ceremony consists of the folding and presentation of the United States flag to the veterans' family and the playing of Taps. The ceremony is performed by a funeral honors detail consisting of at least two members of the Armed Forces. The Funeral Honors rendered to you or your veteran will be determined by the status of the veteran.
