Excellent customer service! I had a sudden leak in a tire and called to see how much replacing both rear tires would be (need new ones anyway before spring comes). The estimate including alignment was very reasonable. Today’s solution was plugging the leaky tire. They squeezed me into their busy schedule and I was in and out in an hour and a half (pretty impressive for a last minute emergency IMO). Not only did the technician plug my tire, he even took off the donut and mounted & replaced it with the plugged tire! Good as new!

I made an appointment for 9:30 and was told at the time of scheduling my service would be completed at 11:00. When I dropped it off, I was again told that it would be done by 11:00. I stopped back in at 11 to find that they had not even started on my vehicle and was told that it would be at least two hours to complete the work. They did not even think to tell me when I dropped it off or call me soon afterwards to let me know that they were running behind. Terrible communication and customer service. I have been going here for years but will not be bringing my vehicles back again.

If you are looking for an honest shop and excellent care for your vehicle this is the place to go. I’ve been a customer for some years and they don’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs to you. I called Carney Tire about 3 weeks ago to inquire about credit for tires. I spoke with Michael (I think that was his name). Honestly, his presentation coupled with excellent drive I received on my only other visit (an urgent Sunday battery replacement in a car that Advanced Auto wouldn't install one on) made me want to return. When I arrived, Michael was at lunch, but 2 equally helpful employees, a young man and a young lady, walked me thru the credit process and helped me decide the correct tire for my driving needs. This is my favorite go to place for car service! I usually come here for my brake and oil change. The staffs are very friendly. This is located in a shopping center with Asian grocery, Dunkin donut and Hibachi so you can always go there while waiting for the car service. They also have very comfortable sofa in the waiting area as well as delicious FREE cookies The staffs are very honest about the service and the price. I do think the price they charge is reasonable or even cheaper than other Goodyear locations that I have been to before and they always check my car and tell me if I need to fix

Looking for a mechanic that you can totally trust? I spent 20 years looking - small, large, chains and all the rest. I'm so glad that I finally found Jimmy Z at Carney Tire. The rates are reasonable and the service is quick, but most important - if they tell you something, it's the truth. First of all, these are some the nicest people you will ever meet in a car repair shop. Last year we were loading up to go on a trip, one of the tires had taken a nail and was flat. They were busy but slid me in and we were on our way not much later than originally planned. Based on that experience I recently put four tires and (with an appointment) they got me in and out in an hour or so.

Yesterday was my second oil change at Carney Tire, Satyr Hill, Parkville. Another pleasant experience: on time for given appointment and finished within an hour. No hassle or phony sales pitches! Mike Rachtelli is the retail sales manager and aims to please the customer! There's also, Buddy and Brian to help with questions or problems, in case there are any! I highly recommend this friendly neighborhood business where women are treated respectfully. Long story short, they tried to charge $100 for one headlight replacement. No thanks, scammers.
My friend called ahead to ask about coming in for a headlight replacement and was told it'd take half an hour. When she got there, they said it'd be an hour and quoted her $100. When she started inquiring as to why it was so expensive, they said it'd actually be closer to $60. Why the discrepancy? I told her that it still seemed pricey, considering I replaced my own with a $15 bulb in two minutes.

This shop has won me over. I stumbled upon them by accident, as they popped up as an authorized installer on tirebuyer. They installed the General G-Max tires on my car within two days of them arriving at their shop. I was unsure about what tires to put on my sportscar and had heard about these. Mike was so knowledgeable, informative and professionally friendly on the phone I knew almost immediately that this was the shop that would secure my patronage for as long as I own cars.

I got a groupon for an oil change and tire rotation here. They didn't have an opening for many weeks, so I didn't use it until my next oil change. As far as I know, the oil change went fine and the guy was friendly. Later he called me and said that they forgot to put the wheel lock back in my car. Fine, mistakes happen. I left work early and drove out of my way to pick it up. The guy working there couldn't find the key and was not apologetic or at all nice about it. I had to leave work early yet again and go out of my way to pick it up. No apologies, so sense of customer service

I've had nothing but good experiences with Carney Tire, and have visited them maybe 10 or more times by now. As someone who doesn't know cars, I rely on using people who seem trustworthy, who explain what they're doing and why, and who quote me numbers that don't seem artificially inflated. That's been what I've encountered with this business, which is refreshing. Also, they have comfy couches and free (and actually pretty decent) cookies while you're waiting.
