Elite Imaging Systems, formerly Elite Business Systems, was founded in 1994 by Dave Snyder, a successful businessman with over thirty plus years of reprographic equipment sales experience. We are a school that is dependent on the Kyocera copier we are leasing. The reason we chose Elite was the close proximity to our business. We have had the copier less than a year, in that time it has required service twice. Each time I have had to contend with their incompetent service department scheduler Brenda. The fist service call Brenda stated they would send someone the following week. Not the same day service the sales rep tells you to get your business. When I explained we needed service the same day she argumentative, eventually stating she would have someone come out same day, she would
