People often don't realize how important lips are to a beautiful face and a youthful look. If eyes are the windows to the soul, then lips are the messengers of the heart. Lips are what we use to speak, to eat to kiss and to smile. They are often overlooked in facial beauty, but are such an important feature in looking more youthful and beautiful.
Liposuction of the neck is a routine component of facelift surgery. This is done through a small incision under the chin and is performed together with a facelift to contour and shape the neck. The most important aspect of this procedure is determining if your skin has enough tone to tighten on its own after liposuction.
An Otoplasty, also known as cosmetic ear surgery, is a procedure to change the shape, position or size of the ears. You might consider an otoplasty if you ear(s) were misshapen due to injury or birth defect. The most common ear deformity treated at the Almonte Center is a condition known as protruding ear.

Nurse Cynthia is phenomenal. If you want a really really really skilled injector, she's the one. I feel like it's hard to find an injector like Cyndi in Roseville. I spent a lot of time researching others in this area and their results look so fake to me. They get over filled or have too much botox and they look plastic and too shiny. My fillers look soo natural and she made my lips look like I was just born this way. They do not over-price their injectables either. You won't regret going. Seriously. They also do PRF, the future of Aesthetic Medicine in my opinion.

Hello. I went to The nurse who works here.Cynthia to get my under eye filler. I addressed my concerns and was told we can proceed with the injection. Long story short not only does my left eye area look uneven. It looks worse than before. That's besides the point, I asked her to remove the filler from that area, because I can visibly see the filler in that spot. It was placed in one area and has created a visible lump of filler. I think it was placed too superficially. So I messaged asking to please get it removed. Not only is it taking long to get back. I paid for a procedure I did NOT like

I first made an appointment to consult Dr. Almonte for treatment of my melasma and hyperpigmentation. Dr. Almonte, who is personable and gentle, advised I should get a series of microneedling treatments. I have been five times now and I can't believe the amount my skin has healed. Gina who is a licensed esthetician has done my microneedling and I highly recommend her. I have gone from hiding under makeup to going days without any and having friends ask what I'm doing to my skin. I tell them: microneedling. Get it. You won't regret it. I can't even begin to Express how very pleased I am with how happy I am with what Dr Almonte and his staff has done for me. I started with wanting a fat transfer, however Dr A suggested that I do a lip lift instead, I decided on both and was sooo very pleased that I came back for an A lift and a brow lift, and I swear there are times I look as I did when I was in college. The doctor and his team are remarkable, to say that they turned back the hands of time is a bit cliche however it is true! He is genuinely gifted and I heartily recommend him to any man or women that is considering refreshering

without hesitation! I reached out to her on a weekend through Instagram. She replied shortly after which I appreciate since it was an evening on a weekend. She was able to accommodate me on my day off even though it was her day off! She made me feel comfortable, her bed side manner surpassed my expectations and her personality was great. We had great conversation and she was sweet to my son.

Words can not express how happy I am I chose Dr. Almonte for my lower face lift and brow lift. I am a beauty junkie, try the latest products, research the newest procedures and do my homework. Dr. Almonte is amazing!!! I had an A-lift and within 2
weeks I had no bruising and look amazing. Very natural
with a defined chin and smooth neck. The staff is great too. Results is what I wanted to share. With the A-life I was told by the doctor that I could return to my normal activities at two weeks. I reminded him I am very athletic and ride horses hard and weight-lift. He said no problem that I could resume ALL my normal activities. My age is 59 I can't believe I did not experience pain ... just a little discomfort. At 9 days I was out meeting friends for lunch and returned to work

I decided to do the 3 micro needling package. I believe it was $960. I was unable to do my last session. I was given a refund for the difference minus $70 for a product I was given after my first session. So keep in mind that you have to pay for any product given to you if your unable to complete all 3. Wish I would have known that rule before it was handed to me. Gina was very nice though.

Precision TX - Dr. Almonte has good reviews for facelifts but unless he has changed the way he performs the Precision TX procedure, DO NOT have it done by him. I had what was supposed to be Precision TX done on 5/11/16. Like most, I had done a ton of online research and was well informed on what to expect as far as the procedure goes. (On Yelp, I am limited as to the length of the review so I will post a more detailed review on Real Self under Treatments/Laser Surgery/Reviews along with more photos.)

I am absolutely happy with my Juvederm lip injection! Dr. Almonte was phenomenal in my consultation. He was very informative and answered all my questions. His bed side manner was amazing! It took a couple years to build up the courage to find a doctor who is trustworthy and I definitely found someone I can trust.
The office was very clean, neat and organized.
It was so nice he plays soothing music to make you feel at ease. Thats a big plus.
His injection technique was very good. I only bruised in one spot of my lip. Thats when you know he has hit all the right places and avoiding small blood
