Doctor Yamahata and his nursing staff are truly the best of the best. Being a petite person, only 5'2 105 lbs., he understood exactly what I meant by a full, but conservative size. After consulting with three different physicians, it was clear to me that Dr. Yamahata was the one for me.

The Plastic Surgery Center, Sacramento is located in the heart of the Greater Sacramento Area, approximately six miles from the State Capitol. The Center is housed in a 12,000 square foot, two story building. The doctors offices are situated on the first floor, surrounding our beautiful waterfalls and koi ponds.
In most cases, your initial consultation with one of our physicians is $100. This will be credited to the cost of your surgery if scheduled within 90 days. Your physician and/or patient coordinator will discuss specific costs and payment terms during your consultation. Payment options include cash, personal checks, Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Discover card.

Dr. Coscia is a very patient person who genuinely cares about his patients. He always takes the time to explain things to me in terms that I can understand. This is a lovely office with nice office staff. The doctor was very kind and professional and I felt comfortable during my exam. I would suggest better signage on entry to the office, as they are located upstairs and there really was no indication of that from the the front walk-in. Other that that, it was a great experience.

I went to the Plastic Surgery Center looking to get a Rhinoplasty. The staff at the front desk are so nice and welcoming. I saw Dr. Green for my rhinoplasty back in September 2020. He answered every question I had and made me feel at ease about the surgery. I LOVE my new nose! I feel so confident since I got my rhinoplasty. I recommend Dr. Green and the Plastic Surgery center to any and everyone that asks how my experience was. Dr. Green and his staff have my changed my life!

Brittney was amazing! This was my first time coming here and she made feel 100% comfortable, listened to my concerns and was so so so sweet! I received some lip filler and Botox and its been 2 days now and I didn't get not one bruise! Hands down the best treatment I have gotten. I cant wait to go back for a HydraFacial and more treatments. Thank you!

I came in and met with Dr. Coscia today and he was absolutely amazing! He was so personable, informative, and overall he made me feel very comfortable! On top of that the staff was very welcoming and answered all my questions! The office was very clean. I even got to enjoy free coffee while I waited!

The doctors here really care about their patients and you can tell that from the minute you meet them! They actually listen to you and go above and beyond to make sure you get the results you are looking for. I experienced amazing care here at the Plastic Surgery Center and the office and staff are all so welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering cosmetic surgery. I am not posting 1 star for the facility itself or the staff. Those were both amazing. This review is for the procedure I chose. I elected to purchase cool sculpting for my abdomen area. I had two treatments. They did not produce the results I had hoped for. I was told I would most likely see up to a 25% reduction in the first 30-90 days. I saw nothing. The second treatment, the same thing. It’s been 4 months. My stomach is the same but softer. I would have been better off flushing the thousands of dollars down the toilet. I’m not blaming anyone but myself, I should have done more research

Ive been coming here for the past 10 years. I’ve had cool sculpting done here by Janice on my abdomen and flanks with great results. My love handles are greatly reduced with no downtime! Dina tattooed my eyebrows to perfection! I was always afraid to have this done but once I saw my Moms and my Mother In Laws eyebrows I booked immediately! My only regret is not doing it sooner!! I’ve had Botox and fillers done by all the RNs on staff and am never disappointed! This place is one stop shopping to looking and feeling your best!

I just finished leaving a review at the plastic surgery center of Stockton because I had the worst experience with my lip fillers I wasted $600 from my lips to look the exact same a month later. Luckily I changed my mind about lip fillers and came to see Julia being that I was a patient of Dr. Coscia (who is amazing btw) and Julia change my mind about lip fillers 110%. My lips look A-MAZING!!!! If I could shout to the world to come and see Julia for a complete transformation of your lips I would definitely do so. She is sooo nice and pretty and gentle. Goooo and book an appointment today!!!

Everyone in the skincare center is wonderful - Kim, the receptionist (and a lot of other things), Rachael, the registered nurse who really does know everything about skincare and does extraordinary IPLs, and Christine, the extraordinary esthetician, who replaced Sonia when Sonia retired, and is A+. Kim works with your schedule because, as expected, Rachael and Christine are in high demand. The rest of the staff in both the Sacramento and Roseville offices are friendly and professional. If you have acne, rosacea or any other skin problem, please consider seeing Christine and Rachael. Trust me

I can't believe I have never reviewed them ! Everyone here is AWSOME I get my chemical peels done by Sonia ! She's amazing and so friendly and has always taken such good care of me . They off a wide range of chemical peels and facials . The setting is inviting and comfortable much like a cottage yet modem feel . I'll never go any place else . Love ya Sonia !!!
